Letter addressed to President Putin following my adoption to the Moscow main psychiatric hospital Alekseevskaya where i was poisoned for fighting racism and standing up for justice, seeking solotion.

This concerns violations of human rights, motivated by my refugee appeal at the prosecutor office received and considered registration N°: 72.05.2024 of 19/01/2024 against the decisions (dated 28th December 2022 registration N°: I – 225949, and N°: I – 58804 from the Ministry of Interior affairs) and my request to meet with the President of Russian Federation  registration N° 1- 4139 of 05/2022, received and considered. My refugee case is on the racism which my European aggressors intent to exterminate me. Justified by the fact that I filed a racial complaint against a racist professor, my European leaders have stated people who look like me are no humans, have no rights and they will set an example by persecuting and exterminating me to ensure nobody with my skin colour dare to complaint against racism. Whereby, the Belgian authorities have illegally installed a camara in my home, stole my necklace of moldavite precious stone and old phone, cut of my gas, with many assassinations attempts I have to go to Russia seeking refuge and intending to meet President Putin for diplomacy. Whereby the Russian authorities have engaged in persecuting me, proving to be worse than European aggressors. This is a gruesome crime against humanity. The international criminal court must look into it. Justice must be served. I demand justice in all forms.
I am writing to inform the Russian authorities about their crimes against humanity and how they intentionally adopted me to the Moscow main psychiatric hospital Alekseevskaya and poisoned my system. My health will never be the same again, I will never forgive or forget.
The Russian government cannot erase their criminal acts which are crimes against humanity, me as the victim who was manipulated to the Moscow main psychiatric hospital Alekseevskaya No. 23, they criminally diagnosed me with an illness. Noting that I never consulted a doctor, and was not sick, they forcibly hospitalized me with the intention to slowly kill me. The Russian authority cannot criminally send me a letter in my email on 10/12/2024 dated 06/12/2024 and 24/11/2024, stating my appeal was rejected without a copy of said appeal. The intention of the Russian authorities is to erase the homicide act – crimes against humanity which must be corrected. I demand to know what substance I was injected and the names of all the medications/poison I was forced to take.
To recall my case, taking into consideration all communications from my appeal at the ministry of the interior affairs in October 2022. The competent authorities failed to react within the legal time violating the laws and granting me victory. In 2023 I was in Russia to claim my victory.  I appeal to the Prosecutor general office. The deputy prosecutor of the Russian Federation is obliged to reinforce the law. Motivated by the fact that there is no action by the competent authorities to my appeal, my appeal request is granted by default. To claim my victory, I was in Russia and addressed a letter to the prosecutor general dated 01.08.2024 with no decision but reaction dated 09/08/2024 registration N° 72-4624-24/316057. I  reacted against the letter N° 72-4624-24/316057 of 09/08/2024 and received N°. 24-298-2024 of 22/08/2024. I reacted against this letter dated 26/08/2024 and received instructions of the procedure N° 72-1515-2024 dated 27/08/2024. I addressed a letter dated 01/09/2024 to the Deputy Prosecutor General submitted online registration ID_GP_831087 and in person at the Prosecutor General office Registration N°058-362015-24 of 03/09/2024. There’s no reaction to this letter till date.
I wrote a request for my refugee document to be issued – My Russian passport dated 04/09/2024 addressed to the Russian federal  immigration office as instructed. The Russian Federal and immigration office refused to collect the letter, stating the deputy prosecutor is obliged to reinforce law, by default the deputy prosecutor must issue a decision for my documents to be issued. I wrote an updated letter to the deputy prosecutor general dated 06/09/2024 sent online, registration ID_GP_834948. Motivated by the fact that only the president of the Russian Federation approves and authorizes direct passport issuing. I addressed an appeal dated 11/09/2024 for my passport authorization and approval directly to the President of the Russian federation received and registered N°. I- 28733 of 12/09/2024.
Considering the fact that I discovered in October 2024 a monitoring/audio device criminally put in my bag by the Russian government and authorities. This is crimes against humanity. I courageously addressed a letter informing the president of the Russian Federation and the prosecutor general dated 02/10/2024 and 05.10.2024. Taking these letters to the receptionist desk of the President of the Russian Federation on 08/10/2024 at address 23, Ulitsa Ilyinka, 103132, Moscow, Russia, metro Kitay-gorod to submit in person and request appropriate replies. The receptionist called for a translator. When the translator came, he told me that their Nazis chief adviser in charge for citizen complaints had duly received my complaints. People who look like me are not considered as human in the Russian Federation, telling me I am not a human. He said  the president has said he cannot meet with me and he must call the ambulance to come and  take care of me as instructed and planned. I told him, I am not sick, do not call the ambulance, call the police. I requested he should put what he is telling me in writing. He told me that since I want him to call the police, he is calling the police to come and confirm what he is telling me.
He called the police, when the police came, he asked the police to take me and handed me over to the ambulance doctor. I told the police that I am not sick and do not need any medical attention or help. I have the right to submit my request and they have the obligation to reply to me. The police told me, true but I must follow them so that they get a police officer who understands English to listen to me and come back with me to submit my request. I went with the police. Surprisingly the Russian red cross ambulance was at the police station waiting for me. I did not want to talk to them, the police told me, to tell them I do not need their medical help. I told the doctor of the Russian red cross that I do not need any medical care from the Russian government, I am not consulting any doctor, I demand replies to my letter and I must leave before my visa expires. The ambulance doctor told me I should sign his form that I refused medical help. I signed it and put it in writing “I refused medical help or medical care from the Russian government.”. He told me, he forgot one form, I should follow him to the hospital and sign it.
When we arrived at the hospital - Moscow main psychiatric hospital Alekseevskaya, 5 men grabbed me, took off my dress, naked me, they gave me injections and forced me to take medications or they would kill, they say. The red cross ambulance doctor told me, Russia is not what I think of. He stated that in Russia there are no rules of law, they do as they wish in Russia, there is no respect for human rights and I must experience it for myself. Telling me he does not think I will survive what awaits me, his job was to bring me to the hospital as requested by the authorities, he has succeeded and must go, wishing me good luck, stating it is a gift from the president I wanted to see and left. So cruel and crimes against humanity.
I stood up naked and told them, I never consulted a doctor, I do not need any medical care or medication, this is a crime against humanity, this is so cruel and inhuman, nobody has the right to force me to take medications, undress me or inject me with substance I do not consent to. They are cursed and I am adding the curses to all of them in the Russian Federation and anywhere on earth who are against me and plotting to kill me. I told them you are cursed beyond cursed, I command the earth, air, water, fire and all spirits to be my witnesses and them, hear me. I know that these entities after me forcing medications on me to kill me are not only cursed but very dangerous human species which means no good for themselves or humanity. I reinforce their curses because they are cursed, I command that, may they and their generation be rejected and annihilated everywhere so that they may they never be able to reincarnate on earth as human or plants, animals or insects. May they be perpetually wipe off the earth, air, water, fire and all spiritual realms, may they never be forgiven for I will never forget or forgive in person or in spirit forever and ever so be it done and deal. Their camara recorded everything.
After cursing them, one personnel who understood English, told me they were only doing their job, following instructions and asked me how and why did the ambulance doctor brought me to the hospital. When I explained to him,  he said he is very sorry that the ambulance doctor deceived and manipulated me, they have instructions that I must be kept and undergo treatments for a duration of time. I told him, I never consulted any doctor, I signed a document with the ambulance doctor that I refused medical help, asking what treatment and for what disease is he talking about. He told me that the decision is coming from top ranking authorities because this hospital is not for tourists or people like me, it is for Russian citizens, they can only follow and respect instructions when given, I should curse the top ranking authorities and not them. He advised me to write a letter against my hospitalization at the hospital and give it to the administrative staff, hopefully they will listen to me and release me immediately, lamenting they are obliged to force me to take injections and medications.
I requested a paper and pen and wrote a letter stating I did not consult any doctor, I do not need any medical care, I am demanding to be released, they should stop forcing me with medications and tying me for injections for it is crimes against humanity, I will never forgive or forget. The hospital staff told me that in the hospital, the rule is simple: I must comply or be forced. They tied me to get my blood, ran medical analysis without my consent. Basically, I was an object of experiment which is a crime against humanity. I was forced to do a body scan, give my urine, an eye test, gynaecological tests, a head scan and a lot more.  
Motivated by the letter I wrote demanding my release from the hospital, they  took me to court within the hospital. Fabricated lies to fit their criminality which is crimes against humanity, some of the lies the judge told was that I had declare myself as a magician and was performing magic, then the doctor decided I must be given medical care. I asked the judge, you know you are lying, where did I declare myself as a magician and what proof do you have that I was performing magic and where did I perform magic, what kind of magic? I told the judge that hospitalization is being forced on me because the Russian authorities intend to kill me for standing against racism, and for seeking refuge in Russia. I hereby stand grounded stating I do not want medical care, this is homicide, crimes against humanity. The lawyer who represented me, supported me, stating the claims of the judge are not what I claim, I speak fluently and very intelligently she does not see any reason to force me for a treatment.    
From the court session, with the judge fabricating lies and the prosecutor supporting it. It was clear to me that the Russian government is conspiring with my European aggressors to kill me. The Russian government has decided to inhumanly subjected me to forced medical help, intentionally injecting me with poison, and forcing me to take poison as medications to slowly kill me. If this decision is coming from top ranking official, it must be the president. These are gruesome crimes against humanity, the Russian government, the authority I intended to meet? President Putin must explain to the world why I was forced to take poisonous medications and kept in the hospital. This demand that President Putin should be arrested for gruesome crimes against humanity. I am informing the president of my intention of filing a complaint against the state of the Russian Federation for committing gruesome crimes against humanity. I am the victim. The Russian government is guilty for attempted homicide – crimes against humanity.  
Reacting against the letter dated 06/12/2024 of registration 01/09/717 whereby the Russian authorities conspired and intentionally engaged in inhuman acts endorsing my wicked  European aggressors to kill me. It is gruesome crimes against humanity. The Russian authorities are aware of my illegal hospitalization in the Moscow main psychiatric hospital Alekseevskaya No. 23 from 08/10/2024 until 12/11/2024 and deported from Russia back to Belgium where my life is in danger and I am undergoing more prosecutions. When I arrived in Belgium, my landlord intentionally cut off my electricity. His Majesty the king authorized a judgment for me to be evicted without respecting any legal procedure.
The only reason the Russian authorities decided to release me from the Moscow main psychiatric hospital Alekseevskaya and to deport me is justified by the fact that, the Russian authorities are convinced my body and organs have been poison enough by the poisonous medications and injections forced into me and sooner or later I will die. The Russian authorities will issue a report stating they do not know what happened and fabricated more lies to tell the world. This is a crime against humanity. This justifies the fact that the Russian Federation is headed by fascist authoritarian nazis racist Zionist leaders. This is the reason I have decided to award certificates to you the President and the prosecutor general and the deputy prosecutor. At the deportation centre, my money was stolen, cosmetics lotions stolen, jewelleries stolen, perfumes, my medications. The situation is unforgettable and unforgiveable. I am confident you like your certificate.
