A Reminder Letter on Our Racial Discrimination Complaint For Urgent Intervention/Action.
I am humble and respectfully writing to remind your urgent attention on this urgent matter which need to be resolved before the end of this academic school year 6th September 2021. To recall, my name is Teboh Glotilde Anwi a Belgian by Nationality and of origin Cameroon. I am a student at Université Libre de Brussels (ULB) and I believe education is a fundamental key where we learn to improve ourselves and are taught how to treat/respect one another in our unique identity. Racism and discrimination cannot be tolerated. I am an entity having body, soul and spirit and I am a human person. I deserve minimum respect. The accused mentioned and listed below are entities with body, soul and spirit and more importantly I look upon the accused to be an example for me in all dimensions of life and I have high esteem for them and very respectful. These accused have trained me to speak up for myself and for others whenever we encounter what is not right. Thus, these very great individuals accused listed here will not be the very one to destroy me as they have intentionally and voluntarily stripped me off my human rights and dignity, worsened with the fact that they think they are above the law and have refused any /all forms of peaceful solutions. These accused are determined to frustrate me and this is illegal factor and unacceptable. This is the reason I am addressing this matter to you dear Madam / Sir. I know you have the authority and obligation to call the accused to order and sanction them accordingly.
We are therefore reminding you dear Madam / Sir of the numerous letters addressed to your offices and drawing your urgent intervention for urgent action so that this matter is resolved before the end of this academic school year 2021. To recall you on this matter, we draw your attention to the copy of letter addressed to His Gracious Excellency, His Majesty The King and the letter dated 14th February 2021 to His/Her Excellency. We explained the case with reclamations in these letters and also in subsequent other update letters all included for your attention. We have some additional elements that of my Facebook page removed by Monsieur Alain LUYPAERT, Commissaire de Police and we are demanding that my Facebook “Teboh Clotilde” page be restored. This is an attack on Freedom of Expression and abuse of power. Maître Madame Sophie BERGER, Présidente du Bureau d’aide juridique, is technically indirectly protecting the racists accused in delaying justice and we have included her name on the list and she is liable. We analysed this in the recent letter addressed to His Excellency the Prime Minister. Find included.
These accused are guilty of racism and have demonstrated attitude worse than that of a fascist as they fight to protect defend one another in their racist crime and are determined to implicate many others which is illegal factor. The accused are guilty of abused of power, traumatizing me emotionally, psychologically, mentally with all sorts of harassments, intimidations and threats, defamation, lack of confident, tarnished the image of ULB and of Belgium with their racism, using or corrupting State personnel to monitor-survey me, it seems that they have shared my personal data information for further persecution – to justify this, we have the judgement from Justice de Paix of Ganshoren - find included and the lawyer assigned not acting. The accused have criminated the case as they lied and even distort facts to validate their racist behaviour and deserved to be severely sanctioned and disciplined. The accused are no respecter of Higher Authorities, they are arrogantly shameless in their racist crime and are not above the law.
Below is the names of the accused. We note that the degree to which each of the accused is implicated in this matter is not same. The accused should be investigated individually so that individually they take the responsibility of their action and face the consequences individually.

To recall our reclamations in this matter, the starting point should be an investigation on the racial complaint filed against Prof. Viviane Vanne in 2017. All the accused know that thy are intentionally persecuting, discriminating and dehumanizing me because of the 2017 complaint and the reason is motivated by my skin colour and race. The accused are therefore requested to state how they feel towards me in regard to the complaint which has no decision till date. Included in the annex is an email I send to Prof. Viviane Vanne dated 18th February 2017, politely telling her to stop insisting and imposing to send me to another group after we have received abusive harassing emails from her. On the 20th of February, Prof. Viviane Vanne came to class purposely to harass, humiliate me and used racist slur that a student of my category has no right to send her the email and that I have failed and will never make it in life. She did this continuously in class until the complaint was filed. The authorities of ULB should tell us how they dealt with this complaint. I am a student and not a student of category.
Second aspect is that my valid thesis that was rejected on the 6th September 2019 with no feedback should be re-evaluated. Feedback is an obligation according to Articles 88 and 89 of RGE. To recall, Ms Lucy Van Hove PhD. Researcher/ lecturer graded this work 00/20. I did send an email on the 07/09/2019 to Ms Lucy Van Hove requesting feedback and till presence no reply. I have requested this from the Authorities and they contradict themselves with answers from off topic, lying or no answer. This proved that my work is valid and they are unable to provide falsify justify claims for rejection. For Example, Ms. Lucy Van Hove, gave no answer, the program coordinator first replied off topic quoting article 99 when I requested article 88, then told me I will never get any answer, Prof. Alain Leveque lied in his email send on 23rd December 2019, and never reply my email of 26th December 2019, and Ms Nadine Postaux worsened it by stating in ULB they don’t state by writing why a thesis is rejected and as if I was her negro. She tried to impose on me to redo another work with imposed rule to write in French, when the rule state a student and promoter can decided to either do the thesis in French or English. Articles 88 and 89 must be respected. They are obliged to justified the 00/20. Article 70 of RGE for a college of professors to re-examine and evaluate the thesis must be accorded and respected.
The professor title to Ms. Lucy Van Hove must be investigated and if it is my work that promoted her from a Ph.D researcher lecturer to professor, justice will entails Teboh Glotilde Anwi should have the professor title. Credit should be given to the one who merits it.
The Extra hours and days I was imposed to do should be compensated. That was pure slavery and bravery on my on my part.
The 8 pages I was obliged to do without any feedback, time invested should be compensated.
The decision of the disciplinary commission should be re-examined.
Minister Valérie GLATIGNY - Place Surlet de Chokier 15-17, - 1000 Brussels- Belgium, should be investigated, she’s been indirectly protected the racists accused and have authorises the jurists at Fédération des Etudiant.e.s Francophones Rue de la Borne 14/17, 1080 Brussels – Belgium not to take action and not to reply just as her.
The two jurists at Fédération des Etudiant.e.s Francophones Rue de la Borne 14/17, 1080 Brussels – Belgium should be severely sanctioned and disciplined.
ResearchGate Registered Seat : Hannover, HR B 202837, should state which court and judge in Belgium issued the defamation claimed which enable them to remove my essay. Failure to do so imply that ResearchGate is liable for protecting and defending racism, removing proof so that when one is indirectly assassinated there is no proof. This is illegal factor.
Monsieur Alain LUYPAERT, Commissaire de Police, Chef de service – Rue Royale 202 A – 1000 Brussels – Belgium, accused of tarnishing the name of Belgium, taking side with racist, abuse of power, suppressing and attacking freedom of expression by deleting my Facebook page. My page should be restored and Monsieur Alain LUYPAERT, Commissaire de Police must take the responsibility of his action and face the consequences. One must admit that the letter Monsieur Alain LUYPAERT, Commissaire de Police terrorises one and very traumatizing. He twisted the case to make me look like a criminal, he is the criminal & not me.
Maître Madame Sophie BERGER, Présidente du Bureau d’aide juridique knows I am being censored and monitored & they delay justice by not replying or by advising/harassing or intimidating lawyer not to react. Is there any reason why Maître Da Costa is not answering my calls or replying to sms? Find enclosed is the judgement 20A3389/7 of justice de paix de canton de Ganshoren. This is a scandal and abused to justice system in a democratic country like Belgium. I submitted 19 pages and I got 4 pages back of 24/02/2018, 04/04/2018, 11/04/2018 and 13/08/2020. Very biased what the Judge Marie-Claire FRERE selected to condemn me unjustly. The procedure was not respected as the landlord never send any reminder letter, again the landlord told me as she mocks at the situation that even if he had send a reminder letter according to law, one is not oblige to reply and automatically mean agreeing with whatever was written so the letter of 12/04/201/ and that of 04/09/2019 if considered should dismiss the case. The Landlord let me to understand that, the reason why he cancelled the indexation in 2018 was because he is not in order. He said he cannot index the rent of the others tenants as one has no toilet and the other has no shower and according to law he cannot rent it. The Landlord told me he is requesting the indexation because I do not want to make him my friend and normally they never requested it. This is not normal, I am a tenant, I pay the rent. This judgement is very traumatizing. On the 6th of January the judge read the portion of the contract concerning indexation over and over and the letter of 12/04/2018 and said the landlord has no case and later condemned one and to contest it, no reply from Maître Da Costa. Maître Madame Sophie BERGER, Présidente du Bureau d’aide juridique should explained why this judgement until now cannot be contested. This judgement needs to be contested and it is very urgent. Again Maître Madame Sophie BERGER, Présidente du Bureau d’aide juridique seems to have taken the law into her hands and have no respect to His Gracious Excellency His Majesty The King. The letter from His Gracious Excellency His Majesty is cleared and must be respected. Madame Sophie BERGER, Présidente du Bureau d’aide juridique has the obligation to assign a lawyer, and I have the impression she intimidates my lawyer Maître VAN DER PLANCKE and assigned Maître BRIOU with instructions of their delay tactics schemes & this is illegal.
As a solution, the Petitions Section which receives individual complaint of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and The Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) should set up a commission urgently to investigate this matter so that I complete my studies this academic school year. No one should end his or her studies with such humiliating discriminating failure which should not be tolerated. The Accused should individually take the responsibility of their action and face the consequences. This is the reason we are directing this complaint to the Petition Section which deals with individual complaints. For the third session exam, thesis must be submitted on the 16th of August 2021. My thesis only need to be re-evaluated with a justify valid grade so that I graduate in September 2021.
As a matter of fact all the internal, external means have been exhausted without any solution. This matter is worsen with the fact that the accused are using States personnel here in Belgium to monitor and censor me further such that one is persecuted and blocked the more. This is illegal and the censorship/monitoring must stop.
The accused have no right to make me feel rejected and stigmatized because of my skin colour and race. I wish to be accepted as I am. We need a world where we respect one another in our unique identity. Reason His Excellency the Secretary General of United Nations tweeted “we must fight racism and all forms of hatred whenever we see it without reservation or hesitation.” The accused are not above the law and must take the responsibility of their action. Already traumatized and in a depressive state, last three weeks, I took refuge to a friend place as my neighbours did what they used to do and the whole place smell so bad. I thought I slept bad on the chair as the muscles of my neck pain & the pain is persisting and is continuing. The doctor requested an X-Ray and it shows sequelae of trauma. This trauma is all related, caused by the accused at ULB, those defending and supporting the accused and the problem with the landlord. I include a copy of the X-Ray the doctor gave me to take for kiné and for scan. Thank You.
