This document briefly narrate the racism which I am experiencing and how the accused are trying to kill me with United Nations Human Rights and European Court of Human rights who are corruptly unjustly defending Belgian State and the accused. They have given me the status of unredeemable victim to be redeemed. I Glotilde Anwi, Teboh petitioning in my “proper persona” IN PROPRIA PERSONA is calling out all the accusers/ State parties implicated in this matter under positive law and demanding that the European Court of Human Right who stands as a public servant with promise of granting equal protection for everyone has the obligation to execute judgement on my claims with no advantage of any principles involved, operating under the colour of law for all are equal before the Law and justice to be denied for no one. Whereby, every man or woman that has suffered a wrong has the right to a lawful remedy for all are born free and we are equal in rights and dignity. Some of their crimes are done on repeated bases such that the offenses committed by the above moral defectors/accused have a patterns of racketeering mail fraud – “predicate” offenses to be charge under criminal RICO. I as the petitioner is the victim with a “Victim Status”.

All parties involved operating under the ‘colour of law’ in this matter, TEBOH GLOTILDE ANWI (Trade Mark), by invitation Teboh Glotilde Anwi, a State National as principle and SUI JURIS, in my “proper persona” IN PROPRIA PERSONA, a living soul, created by God, self-governing individual, an adult woman, competent and confident, one of ‘We the People,’ having taken dominion over the jurisdiction of air, land, water and law and the four corners of the Earth, Nort, South West and East, is BORN FREE to be respected as I am, to be free to live peacefully in harmony with everyone everywhere. Hereby claimed that the mental torture the accused have tormented me with is absolute prohibited. Thus the accused are obliged to their responsibility of their actions and face the consequences as individuals, yet collectively, law and order must prevail in this case.

In defining my status, the petitioner is addressing the Honourable European Court of Human Rights in my “special Divine appearance status, stand and dominion, to be treated as a certify sworn affidavit and right. This document thereby serves as my affidavit defining my status, my reputation and descripting this case, served as court of record published on the internet.

Notice two: That the above moral defectors/ accused Government of Belgium, government services, public services, corporate agency, qualified Glotilde Anwi, Teboh as confident, IN PROPPRIA PERSONA, as SUI JURIS, fiduciary as trustee, an adult woman, competent, confident, a living soul whose status is defined in the Bible, Genesis 1:26-28, Genesis 2:7-9, Deut. 1:7-8, Galatians 2:6. I am defined in these and many other scriptures as a living soul – a woman. It is a sin unto God to accept a person as not having a soul, therefore it is absolutely against my belief.

My Status is further defined in Belgian Constitution as the Constitution considered State Nationals of having a status of man or woman in Title II who shall be treated equally before the law. Therefore, there shall be no presumption of my status as it is a free gift from God and my un-a-lien-able right of self-determination. In addition, through the process of Naturalization as a State National, this process granted me a White Legal Status belonging to the Free Whites Humans in case of unlawful slavery. I am a free white woman, a living soul. In addition to my status and of utmost importance, my status as a free living soul can be traced back to my ancestors in my DNA three or four generations back. Looking at my lineage, my father was born in 1902 before the Government of the State of Cameroon was formed. My grandfather was born around early 1800 before the Belgian Government was formed in1830 and my great grandfather born sometime in early 1700. The intention here is to prove to the Court that my status is a free living soul, an adult woman defined in the Bible as well as in my DNA through my lineage. My great grandparents never accepted slavery or colonization. They resisted it, fought it and were forced migrate to safety zones. They prayed days and nights for their loves one who were captured forcefully, illegally taken away to someday return. Therefor all forms of slavery or any inhuman degrading treatment is unlawful, unacceptable and must be corrected. I therefor refused all forms of slavery being it directly or indirectly.

Be a SUI JURIS in a Sovereign State, ‘We the People’ lay down Laws in the Constitution in a Sovereign State, where the government is for the people, elected by the people to serve the people. It is the people’s duty and responsibility to lay down the Laws in the Constitution and to make sure the Laws are respected. Thus, the constitution is a contract between the State and the people. It is the obligation of the State to provide the people with services in the Constitution. If one of the public services stepped outside the Laws which ‘We the People’ laid down, then they are committing “EMOLUMENT.” In this matter, the State of Belgium has intentionally violated Her Constitutions title II, the Universal declaration of Human Rights, United Nations Declaration against all forms of Discrimination, European Convention and Protocols on Protection of Human Rights and is guilty of committing emolument and capital treason against Human Rights. As one of We the People, a State National my primary job is to correct the errors our public services made and educate them not to do it again.

I am addressing my claims to the Honourable Court – European Court of Human Rights for the claims to be executed by My Honour of the Court. Mindful of the fact that, I as the petitioner, have exhausted every possible means, domestic and beyond for this matter to be resolved peaceful in a reconcile manner and was only assaulted further. Filing numerous complaints seeking peaceful reconciliation and solution, whereby I am being mocked and persecuted in the most horrific degrading manner by the accusers. The moral defectors/accusers have proven to be arrogant, taking laws into their hands, shameless liars, hypocrites, manipulators, persecuting Laws and Orders, very aggressive, terrorists as almost all my friends have abandoned me for fear of being persecuting, resistant to peaceful solutions, and above all the accusers feel they are Masters over my life acting the most horrific abusive manner to keep the flame of the legacy of slavery and promoting racism and slavery. Thus, the accusers, considered me as their prey to exercise the Slave Master skills, plotting to kill me if they do not subdue and destroy me. This is unlawful illegal criminal felony and cannot be tolerated. They have made me their victim, enemy to the World. They seems to be monitoring every move of mine. This is unlawful illegal for I am born free and should live free. The moral defectors/accused are a threat to the petitioner life. The European Court of Human Rights cannot dare compromise her position to continue to protect and defend the defectors/accused as She will be committing capital felony treason against human rights against one of ‘We the People’ they must serve. Therefor in addressing the Judge of the Court, My Honour has the obligation to execute judgment on my claims and guarantee my security. This cannot be denied. I demand that, My Honour jurisdiction in this case is derived from the authority to function under Public Oath.

Filing this petition in my own name IN PROPRIA PERSONA as SUI JURIS and to avoid challenging the jurisdiction of the Court, I further demand that this matter be on a Public Record. I demand that the jurisdiction of the Court – European Court of Human Rights shall derive it authority to function under public oath. The jurisdiction of the Court – European Court of Human Rights shall not derive it authority from the doctrine of “Parens Patriae” because my status is well defined:- an adult woman, competent, confident, a living soul, born free, fiduciary as trustee. I demand that the jurisdiction of the Court – European Court of Human Rights shall not derive it authority from the State of status by law of corporations as I am a living soul, an adult woman, born free and competent and this implies to the Judge/Judges presiding on this case. God being my executor fiduciary and I being fiduciary as trustee, in addition to my status and identity, I am God’s official legislator and Law enforcement agent. As a law enforcement agent, I am a friend of the Court. Therefore, there shall be equal protection as promised by the COURT, justice to be denied for no one, no advantage for any principles here mentioned and involved for we are all equal before the law, every man and woman that has suffered a wrong has the right to a lawful remedy. My Honour, my rights to a lawful remedy can no longer be denied, manipulated or corrupted by any means or anyone because everyone can be held accountable for their actions for we are all equal in dignity and rights.

I Glotilde Anwi, claim that the Belgian Government has committed capital treason against human rights by violating her State Constitution, the Convention and Protocol laid out in the Council of Europe, Universal Declarations of Human Rights and merits serious sanctions and disciplines with fines to be paid for victimizing the petitioner. They have committing crimes of emolument, capital treason by denying my God given rights, guilty of criminal RICO in collaboration with their above mentioned moral defectors/accused, worsen by rendering my health in danger. I draw the attention of My Honour, and the Honourable Court to examine my medical certificate/attestation included. They have successfully worsen my health putting me in a deep depressive state. The Belgian State carry a penalty of 600 Million euros with a standing penalty of 500 million euros per month for 60 months. This standing order is from receiving several emails with fictitious fraud amount from the public agency who are trying to criminalize me, and who are the designated assassins of the Belgian State to kill me (see email 16^th March 2022, the designated assassin V.O.F. FARASYN-KATRA Administrative: Karenberg 24, 1932 Sint-Steven-Woluwe, Belgium, designated by Belgian Government). The above mentioned moral defectors, accused must be sanctioned severely, as the gravity of their crimes fall under Criminal RICO of international law. All entities involved should be dismissed from the office they hold immediately and shall not hold any public post of authority, the mandates of the accused lawyers here involved be retrieved, and some of the accused entities must face imprisonment as penalty for their crimes.

Notice three: To briefly narrate my story, demonstrate the validity of my claims which are justified and motivated. This will facilitate executions of the claims by the Honourable Court, and to demonstrate that this matter falls under Criminal RICO, with the petitioner as a victim. The petitioner is no longer complaining as my life is in danger. I am filing claims and suing the accusers to the European Court of Human Rights for my claims to be executed by the Court. A brief narration of the statements of facts follow below with claims and penalty.

Root Cause of this Case: Racial Complaint Filed against Prof. Viviane Vanne of ULB.

This case is about racism motivated by the ideology of Trans-Atlantic Slavery and slave trade with the petitioner be enslaved, treated like a slave, subjected into degrading inhuman treatments at University Libre de Brussels of address CP130, Avenue F.D. Roosevelt 50, 1050 Brussels – Belgium and globally. As the statement of the fact is, at ULB, following a racial complaint filed against professor Viviane Vanne dated 28^th March 2017. The hearing date 18^th April 2017. Validating the claims of my complaint as justified, the authorities of ULB decided to protect professor Viviane Vanne by not issuing a decision. A decision which was supposed to be issued 30 days after the hearing date 18^th April 20217, is yet to be issued.

The authorities of ULB Brussels intentionally refused issuing a decision on this complaint and the reason is motivated by the ideology of slave trade and slavery. Slavery is the treatment of human beings as properties deprived of personal human rights. Global scale slavery or Trans-Atlantic slavery is motivated by the ideology that African or people who look like me are born inferiors (biologically inferiors) and do not have soul thus making it impossible for slaves to be able to have equal status or rights. This justify the reason the authorities of ULB REFUSED to respect the School rules and regulations as far as this matter is concerned and beyond. This is unlawful, unacceptable and illegal factor. The coordinator of my program Professor Esteban MARTINEZ during my meeting with him on 11/10/2019 as I requested to know why my final year research work (thesis) was rejected, graded 00/20 on 06^th September 2019. In order to shun me, from requesting the reasons which they are oblige to issue on the deliberation day September 16^th 2017, and if requested they must re-issued two weeks after deliberation. The authorities of ULB have refused intentionally to issue this notification because my work is valid one. The only reason for 00/20 is that they considered me as a slave with no rights and have targeted me as I dare to claim my rights. I believe the reason is motivated by the colour of my skin and race – slavery - racism. This is unlawful, it is illegal factor.

The reason Professor Esteban MARTINEZ decided to meet with me was only to intimidate me and stop me from requesting the why my work was rejected. In the process of intimidating me, he revealed that I am being targeted. The mechanism is a “SYSTEM” he said because the decision to reject my work is coming from the rectorate office of ULB. Thus, he cannot help and they will never answer the question because school rules and regulations does not apply to students of “my category”. He added that, in fact Laws does not apply to people of “my category anywhere” and he is afraid for me, for should I continue insisting to know the why, the “System” will end up assassinating me. I seem not to believe him and he told me, I should give it a try, and I will come back and confirm with him what he said. He said even in the Court of Law ULB will be protected and Worldwide for ULB is a big institution supported and protected Worldwide. Like a joke, with all the complaints filed, this seems to be true and given who I am, it cannot be true, I demand to be respected because this is unlawful illegal factor, a “system” trading human beings as properties/object, for the legacy of slavery is very diabolic and to be resisted peacefully for respect for all humankind. I am not a candidate for this diabolic “system”, it must be rebuked, condemned and corrected. I am created by God, born free as a living soul. God created me, God controls me, therefore, there shall be no presumption of my status to be emphasized, as it is a free gift from God and my un-a-lien-able right of self-determination already mentioned above. Therefore the above mentioned moral defectors Government of Belgium-Council of State with it collaborative defectors partners of crimes at the United Nations Human Rights (Her Excellency, Ms Michelle Bachelet and His Excellency Mr. António Gutterres, UN Secretary General), mentioned above, UNIA, Mr. Alexei Datskevich, The Legal Secretary of European Court of Human Rights, Council of Europe, Belgian Federal Police, Société du Logement de la Région de Bruxelles Capital not to list all as already mentioned above, are all guilty for committing crimes of racism-enslavement, endangering my health intentionally committing capital treason against human rights. Theses accused entities are after my life, motivated by the ideology of slavery as they seem to consider me as their prey which is unacceptable unlawful, illegal treason against human right. The above mentioned moral defectors/accused are all guilty of their crimes and must take responsibilities of their actions and face the consequences. They have the rights to defend themselves and are requested to state publicly the reasons why there is no decision to the racial complaint filed against professor Viviane Vanne in 2017. The only reason to justify why there is no decision is motivated by the ideology of slavery and slave trade which they are promoting openly and shamelessly making all of them guilty of their crimes. All the accused entities involved is this matter which is criminal in nature know they are working for a ‘system’ to keep the legacy of slavery and they are doing in on a global scale to harass and kill anyone they considered a slave trying to reclaim his or her right. This is unlawful, illegal criminal factor, a capital treason against human rights. My claims of suing the accusing before the Court must and cannot be denied. For this reason I retaliate by petitioning this matter to the European Court of Human Rights who stands as public servant to correct and reinforce Laws and Orders.

To continue to explain my case how the accused Authorities/Professors - Rectorate of ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles) completely raped me off my human rights and dignity. Their criminal illegal stupidity in demonstration.

Having filed the complaint against Professor Viviane Vanne, mindful to the fact that many students had pressurized me in vain to request for a decision on the complaint filed against Professor Viviane Vanne after the 30 days expiration, counting from 18^th April 2017 in vain. It should be noted that, Professor Viviane Vanne was mean to many students and many find hope in my case for her to be sanctioned as revenge for her meanness. Given the fact that I am an all compassionate living soul, who do not wish to hurt anyone, but out to study, have my diploma, get a job and live a normal peaceful life with everyone. I did not want professor Viviane Vanne’s pension to be affected as she was in her last year to retirement. I let go this complaint motivated by the fact that I had passed or validated the Course. It is a capital stupid wicket, a felony/criminal act that these moral defected accused authorities involved in this matter, took upon them created an international team infringing my rights, human rights in Belgian Constitution, in Convention and Protocol, Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other treaties and Laws. The accused have engaged in a collaborative global targeted systematic institutionalize persecuting against me, making me an enemy to the world. As I ask myself here can I escape to go and live peacefully without being targeted or follow up. I have addressed this case To World largest and only organization for Human Rights, They are instead after my life instead of defending and protecting me and human Rights. Their sole aim of the accusers at the moment is to kill me.. It is unlawful illegal factor. For this reason, I made my declaration by stating that, I have no intention to commit suicide and not thinking of it, there is no risk of me dying soon. Should anything happen to me, the moral defectors/accused Government of Belgian State and collaborative partners both National and Intentional are responsible. My security is of utmost importance. I demand to be protected. At the moment, I can no go out freely, the accused have successfully scared many of my friends, as many of my friends feared to be targeted and thereby isolating me. The few friends who I am left with, visit me like a spy, they are afraid but then they say they cannot leave me alone. This is the most traumatizing way to live. I need to have a normal live. For this reason I have requested formally and officially to the Belgian government to send me back to the country where I was born due to their racism in my letter dated 06^th March to the Council of State with no reply till date. This mean that they absolutely wants to kill me and are desperately working towards the plot to kill me. May they never succeed but be exposed further.

Mindful to the complaint filed against professor Viviane Vanne, I draw the attention to the Honourable court, My Honour acting as Judge to look at the email I send to Professor Viviane Vanne dated 18^th February 2017. After receiving harassing and abusive emails from professor Viviane Vanne, requesting me to change group with a false claimed that I had left my initial group without her permission. All effort to make her understand she was directing the message to the wrong student failed. I tried somehow to change my group by trying to fit into another group where my schedule is flexible – Saturday group. They rejected me in order to avoid problem with her, I was advised to send this email for her to be reasonable and stop being unnecessary abusive and harassing. This email instead provoked her to make inquiries about me, came to class, after telling everyone in class my autobiography, harassed, humiliated me in the most unthinkable manner, worsen by the fact that she used racist slur. We had equally discussed the reaction of Professor Viviane Vanne with the assistant lecturer tutoring the course. He tried in vain to convince Professor Viviane Vanne of her own mistake. I send an email to him dated 17^th February 2017, here included his reply for you attention My Honour. The Faculty department was informed (Ms. Charlotte CLAES) duly with copies of the emails exchanges with Professor Viviane Vanne. I was requested to go back to class for they will talk to her so she could stop with with her abusive harassments. My Honour, on Monday 20^th February 2017 during class, this was the first occasion when professor Viviane Vanne came to class purposely to aggressively humiliate me using racist slur openly. It was a very embarrassing shocking unacceptable situation. I did go to the Faculty department requesting other possibilities. I was requested to go back to class. I privately decided to meet with Professor Viviane Vanne, met with her, we discussed, everything seems to be alright. However, she continue coming to class asking me unnecessary questions, harassing me, insulting and using racist slurs. She was doing this, I supposed to look for means to justify failing me. She is a great professor and an arrogantly a mean racist. The humiliating from professor Viviane Vanne towards me render other students and the assistant lecturers unease. The other students did some inquiry and found out that professor Viviane Vanne was not going to the other groups but just the group I was in. She is coming just to intentionally harass, humiliate me, making some of the students feel unease. My Honour, on the 27^th of March 2017 during which professor Viviane Vanne came to class just to harass me and used racist slur referring to me as “student of my category” as usual, a class colleague courageously stood up for me, telling Professor Viviane Vanne it is unacceptable, unlawful what she said and there is no “student of category,” we are all students and for her to keep on insulting me that I will never pass or success because I speak English is equally not authorize. Professor Viviane Vanne told me, if I succeed, she will make sure the diploma is useless because a “student of my category” challenging the decision of a professor is very dangerous to the society and must be monitored and controlled. My Honour, it was very traumatizing and humiliating. After the class, I was encouraged to file in a racial complaint by other students. I refused. I had refused to file a complaint because many ex-students, had shared their negative experiences with Professor Viviane Vanne cautioning the new students of her meanness, stating she is very mean, authoritative and somehow in charge of the rectorate. I had never wanted to file a complaint, however on 28^th March 2017, while in the school Library, a class colleague requested I should open my email box because his is not opening. I did, and he requested if he could check out something. I said yes discussing with other students, and he wrote the complaint dated 28^th March 2017. He told me, they are doing it for the sake of respect for they also feel embarrassed to the manner which Professor Viviane Vanne was abusive, aggressive using racist slur openly in class and constantly coming to be asking me questions. The faculty department responded immediately to the email, I was so surprised, however, the other students encouraged me saying they will be witnesses during the hearing or during investigation of the complaint committee. The hearing date was fixed for the 18^th April 2017 confirmed in the email of 3^rd April 2017 and 4^th April 2017 for your attention My Honour.

My Honour, we recall the fact that the Trans-Atlantic Slavery ideology seems to be standardized by some very few individuals who seem invisible with a real “System” in place to enslave almost 99% of humanity, the above moral defectors /accused have intentionally targeted me, motivated by slave ideology, as a punishment for my crimes to have filed a racial complaint against professor Viviane Vanne, in a systematic institutionalized criminal persecution manner, subjected me into horrible dehumanizing forms of persecutions, mental torment, victimizing me to the point of plotting my assassination, treating me as their property /commodity with no rights. My Honour is aware of this as I have addressed this matter three times to the European Court of Human Rights and was treated like a commodity in the replies received from European Court of Human Rights. This cannot be repeated. My Honour, the horrific dehumanizing treatments they are tormenting me with is very traumatizing. Of important to note My Honour is the trauma. This is serious as I am shocked for least expecting such horrifying behaviour from the moral defectors accused entities whom I held in high esteem and who ought to be an example of how we respect one another. They have intentionally render me into a deep depressive state, despising my fragile health. Their character towards me can be characterized as that of failed homicide inflicted on me by the above moral defected accused. The failed assassination cannot be left without mentioning. My Honour, the gravity of their crimes must be taken seriously as some of the accused entities have committed felony fit for imprisonment as part of their penalty. My desire to live and not die is what is keeping me alive, however my body is so tired inside and need rest and recovery which will be a long process. Racial Complaint Filed Against Professor Vivian Vanne with hearing date 18^th April 2017 if the root cause of this case. All the accused are thereby invited to explain clearly how this complaint was dealt with or face consequences of their actions as they are all guilty.

The criminal unlawful collaborative systematic targeted dehumanizing persecutions subjected on me motivated by the 2017 racial complaint against Viviane Vanne.

Mindful to the fact that I had let go this complaint and did not request a decision 30 days after 18^th April 2017. I was already targeted and subjected to horrific persecutions such that my human rights will be completely raped off me. The incident which revealed this degrading inhuman persecutions such that this case is now at the international level with me a victim, enemy of the world is the rejected of my final year research thesis. My thesis was rejected on 06^th September 2019, graded 00/20 by the corrector of the thesis Lucy Van Hove, a Researcher Ph.D student who was authorized by the former Rector Yvon Englert to make sure the work is rejected. Not to explain how I was chased out of the defence room in the most humiliating manner, when I requested to know what are the errors to be corrected. Mindful to the fact that the authorities and professors are obliged to state explicitly reasons for grades given as in article 88 of the school rules and 89 if requested by the student. Mindful to the fact that these rules must be respected for all students. I was told there is no school rules and regulations for “students of my category”. This is a wicked diabolic treason against the rules they set for all students at ULB and can only be justified by the fact to keep, promote encourage the legacy of slavery and slave trade. This is unlawful, illegal factor.

Considering the fact the former Rector Professor Yvon Englert authorized the rejection of my thesis, my email send on 26^th December 2019 has no reply, a reaction to the reply received 23^rd December 2019 (dated 18the December 2019). In this email of 23^rd December, Lucy Van Hove was qualified and promoted as a professor and this has to be investigated. From a Ph.D research lecturer to a professor for grading my valid work 00/20 unable to justify is a criminal felony act to acquiring promotion at work. Thereby I claim the professor title with full time salary of a professor to be paid from 06^th September 2019 until retirement and pension with all it benefits From ULB. Professor Alain Leveque merits an imprisonment for 12 months for communicating corrupt promotion advancement of Lucy Van Hove. Further email send requesting to Know why my work was rejected was on 22/10/2019 with no reply. My Honour, I draw your attention to this email. Noting that I had send an email to Ms. Charlotte CLAES dated 11-10-2019, requesting the address of the Minister of Higher Education, and of 10-09-2019 requesting contacts for Faculty Department members to appeal with no reply. A means to intentionally frustrate obstruct me from getting answers to my question and as a criminal means to escape respecting the rules set for all students. This act is motivated by slavery ideology and justified the degrading treatment of me as an object, founded on the ideology of slavery intentionally denying my rights. It is unlawful criminal act. Even in defunctionalized institutions, there is a strategy to resolve problems peacefully. The accused strategy as final solution is to kill me which cannot happen.

As a solution to the rejection of my thesis, I had demanded that article 70 (a college of professors be assigned to re-evaluate my work) since articles 88 and 89 cannot be respected to motivate and justify the reasons for 00/20. In my email of 25^th September 2019, the Dean Professor Valérie Piette rejected in her email of 26^th September 20219. An indirect criminal slave master attitude stating my demand was not motivated to keep the legacy of slavery with me as their victim.

To show their motivation to frustrate me and their resistance to respecting the rules set for all students, Professor Alain Leveque lied in the email of 21/10/2019 that in fact articles 88 and 89 were respected as a reply to me email of 13/10/2019 following the meeting with program coordinator professor Esteban Martinez on 11/10/2019.

I had appeal to the commission of appeal email of 11/09/2019 and they reply me off topic, the same email I had send to the former Rector professor Yvon Englert on 09/09/2019 informing him my work was rejected . He replied immediately on the 10/09/2019 to which I had send another email of 11/09/2019, because the best appeal is at the rectorate. I had send an email to my promoter and Lucy Van Hove on 07^th September 2019 to know why the work was rejected. My promoter had told me, he will not answer the email during the defence, and that Lucy Van Hove with all those who have decided the work be rejected will reply. Lucy Van Hove have not reply to justify her 00/20 mindful to the fact that my promoter was not allowed to grade the work he had supervised. This is the reason his name is not on the list. The “system” persecute anyone regardless of race skin colour. The aim of the “System” is to standardize slavery.

My Honour, to emphasize on the humiliation and disrespectfulness of the accused entities treating a living soul as an object, could you imagine that I submitted my thesis on 16^th August 2019 with the approval of my supervisor, I took a copy to Lucy Van Hove. She was not there, I left it at the secretariat send her an email, on numerous occasions I went to the secretariat to find out if she has received it as she did not reply my email despite having sending reminder. She only replied me on the 03^rd September that she just collected the work and the defence was on the 06^th September 2019. Email included My Honour for your attention. Professors are obliged to reply emails within five working days latest if they are on holidays.

Complaint Filed at the Rectorate dated 12^th February 2019 on discrimination, changed of examination rules for the only student who look like me.

A kind of unacceptable discrimination provoked by Professor Monique Weis and Professor Sylvie Peperstraete. Exchange of emails with professors of 03/01/2019 -07/01/2019. The rectorate replied dated 22^nd May 2019 signed by professor Alain Leveque with all sorts of intimidation and threats. This is illegal factor.

To add to this complaint included over duration of my traineeship. Having done everything possible for it to be corrected but failed. They forcefully enslaved me to do a longer duration than other students with the hope to discourage me so that I quit studies. I started my traineeship on 26/02/2018, Thursday through Friday, 2 days per week for 5 weeks (1^st and 2^nd March week one, 8^th and 9^th March week 2, 15^th and 16^Th March week 3, 22^nd and 23^rd March week 4 and 29^th and 30^th March week 5.) I was obliged to do it till 03th May 2018. I was mocked personally by professor Cécile Vanderpelen, when personally face to face met with her and requested for the duration to be corrected. She told me I am good for nothing and will spent time complaining, she does not think I could do the traineeship, I should quit. This justified the horrifying harassing slavery attitude of considering me as an object. However, the trainee secretariat tried to talk to her so that the duration be corrected, she refused, an email send to her and to professor Jean-Philippe SCHREIBER with no reply. The additional time is slavery and the hours and days must be compensated. EU Charters on Fundamental Rights, article 5, 1. No one shall be held in slavery or servitude. 2. No one shall be required to perform forced or compulsory labour. Title I on dignity. I claimed a find of one million Euros for being obliged to perform extra hours and days of the traineeship. To be paid by the Belgian State. To add to this claim, professor Cécile Vanderpelen and professor Jean-Philippe SCHREIBER merit a minimum of 12 months imprisonment as further penalty. The amount to be claimed for forceful obliging me to do additional hours and days for traineeship could be unlimited amount. With compensation of prison teams of 12 months, I have made a compassionate claim of One million Euros which is reasonable amount to correct the wrongs of the accused and educate them. During slavery trillions of goal were stolen and other valuable items worth trillions.

Summoned at the Faculty Commission of discipline- audience 6^th November 2018.

Mindful to the fact that, the authority of ULB have targeted me, motivated by the racial complaint filed against professor Viviane Vanne, subjected into obligatory slavery to do extended duration of trainee, all rights denied and treated as an object. They had tried in vain to expel me at the University. Mindful to the fact that Professor Cécile Vanderpelen as a supervisor had intentionally failed me in a thesis proposal with a grade of 04/20. When I requested what I must do as correction, her remarks were she doesn’t think I am intelligent enough to write a thesis, I should drop. When I insisted to know what I must do as correction, she said the work is not scientific because I quoted Mercy Amba Oduyoye for she is not considered as a scholar at ULB, I mentioned God in the work, in ULB it should be scientific and lots more, finally obliging to go follow a Course on how to write an academic scientific paper. A Course I had already validated. Ms. Amandine MATHY and Ms. Marie DEJEANS are tutors for the Course. When I presented them the work, they told me for them the work is very satisfactory and excellent piece. However, since I have been obliged to attend the seminar course, the rule is that I have to write an 8 pages article. They said, I could summarize the 15 pages into 8 pages or chose to write another article with a new topic. When I requested to know is summarising the 15 pages into 8 pages will resolve the scientific problem? Ms. Amandine MATHY and Ms. Marie DEJEANS told me that would be answered by my promoter Cécile Vanderpelen because for them the work is perfect. However, I am obliged to do an 8 pages article to validate the course like any other students in the Course. I wrote an article, submitted, they excluded me from classes, never gave feedback and failed me. Since I had to repeat the course, during classing the new academic year, I requested to have feedback on the 8 pages I submitted and requested to know if I have to redo another 8 pages again. I was send out of the class in another embarrassing humiliating manner, stating professor Monique Weis had instructed them to exclude me from class and not to give any feedback. I send email 22.10.2018 to professor Monique Weis to inform her and she replied with a severe warning for me never to attend the Course because I already did it (emails exchanges included). The next day I had an invitation to appear before the Faculty disciplinary commission. The former dean Professor Andrea REA who was head of the disciplinary commission know this very well. Accompanied to the disciplinary commission by the Student Union they could not fraud a decision to expel me, they issued a decision on 23^rd November 2018 with a sanction “l’admonestation.” They are obliged to justify this sanction and clearly state the procedures for appeal according to the disciplinary rules articles 20, 21 and 22. They intentionally refused respecting the rules, motivated by the ideology that slaves do not have rights. I requested to consult my disciplinary dossier as the Student Union and Jurist at FEF insisted they are obliged to motivate the sanction and it should be in my disciplinary dossier. Ms. Charlotte Claes responded 20.02.0219 to my request that my dossier is a verbal process no documents for consultation. The invitation or the sanction was not issue verbally, and to state my dossier is verbal process is an insult, criminal offense undermining who I am as a living soul. The Jurist, Ms. Perrine RADERMECKER - at Fédération des Etudiant.e.s Francophones (FEF) and the Student Union became confused and they advised me to request a decision on the racial complaint against Professor Viviane Vanne, for they think I am being targeted. I did not want any further harassment and inhuman humiliating treatment. My only wish is to complete my studies peacefully so I refused. The 8 pages article that I wrote and submitted with no feedback under the tutorship of Ms. Amandine MATHY and Ms. Marie DEJEANS, the time I invested in the research must be compensated with bonuses and interest. I am claiming EIGHTY Thousand Euros (80.000,00) for this work. One page is equivalent to Ten Thousand Euros

To add to this compliant filed at the rectorate dated 12^th February 2019, I had mentioned the horrible treated and humiliating grades plus remarks from Professor Cécile Vanderpelen and include email exchanges of 14/02/2018, 17/07/2018, 23/07/2018, 25/07/2018. I requested a re-evaluation of the 15 pages articles which was again rejected with the pretext that the correctors had signed the grades and cannot be contested or re-evaluated. An indirect way of insulting me, telling me that the school rules and regulations does not apply to students of my category. This is unacceptable unlawful illegal factor. A consistent patterns denying my rights, justified by the ideology of slavery to keep legacy of slavery alive for a living soul is a sin unto God, therefor I cannot accept and is therefore condemnable and punish before the Court of Law.

UNIA - For Equality Against Discrimination and racism - Rue Royale 138, 1000 Brussels - Belgium.

I hope UNIA will help to mediate and resolve this problem so that I could successfully complete my studies in a respectful and dignified manner. However, one met with another horrifying traumatizing experience never to forget. UNIA never wanted to open a dossier on my complaint when I contacted them but finally did upon insisting dossier DOS-18-05898

When I forwarded the decision from the ULB rectorate received on 22^nd May 2019 signed by professor Alain LEVEQUE to UNIA, Ms. Emilie Van de BROECK called me on phone, she was very aggressive and abusive. I cannot forget this. She told me it is my problem if I feel discriminated and mistreated at ULB and UNIA cannot help defend me against ULB because ULB is their financial partner. She warned me never to contact UNIA if it concern ULB and that I should seek help elsewhere or with the Student Union. She hanged up the phone and send me an email off topic which got nothing to do with the complaint addressed to UNIA for mediation on 23^rd May, 2019. I had tweeted the racism they are tormenting me, and a journalist commented I should contact UNIA. I replied I did and they refused intervening as UNIA said ULB is their financial partner. The general director of UNIA Ms. Els KEYSMAN replied to the tweet claiming not to know me and the next day, it was Ms. Hania MANA sending me an email 07/05/2020 with my reply of 07/05/2020 with complaint file number that they will sue me for my tweet. UNIA is there to be victimizing victims more and not against discrimination or racism. This is the reason, as a victim, who have been victimized more by UNIA, I am making the claim that UNIA must be dissolved. The worth value and all assets of UNIA transfer to me and into my account for compensation for their crime victimizing me, treating me like an object, promoting, encouraging racism motivate by the ideology that slaves who look like me do not have rights. UNIA has committed capital treason against human rights.

Maître Patricia MINSIER : The former rector Yvon Englert requested that Maître Patricia should send me an intimidation letter, which she did in her letter 13^th August 2018. I had reacted to this letter and I wrote to the Minister Valérie GLATIGNY who never reply. The letter from Maître Patricia is not only considered a threat, but disturbing my peace with threats and show signs of her un professionalism which demands that her Mandate as an acting lawyer must be retrieved immediately. I demand and made this claim as penalty for her crime.

Meeting with Madame La Rectrice Annemie SCHAUS on 27th October, 2020.

Madame La Rectrice Annemie SCHAUS had requested to meet with me in the email send to me dated 12^th October 2020. Which I accepted to meet with her on 27^th October 2020 with the hope that we are going to reach out for a peaceful solutions and reconciliation. This was equally the hope of the jurists at Fédération des Etudiant.e.s Francophones Rue de la Borne 14/17, 1080 Brussels, Ms. Perrine RADERMECKER and Ms. Estelle DAGA who had told me and confirmed in emails (07/10/2022, 09/10/2020, 16/10/2020) that they cannot help. They had instructed from the Minister Valérie GLATIGNY - Place Surlet de Chokier 15-17, - 1000 Brussels- Belgium, whom I had written (to cite some of the letters, 16 June 2020, emails send 27^th July, 2020, 17^th August 2020), to and never had any reply, not to react as the rectorate at ULB must be protected. I had contacted the Ministry of Higher Education requiring information and the reply was vague. Email send on 04/10/2019 with a vague reply on 26/10/2020, email send 21/10/2020). A systematic patterns of replying one off topic, to victimize the victim more, treating victim like an object for the promotion of the legacy of enslaving humanity making me their victim. This is unlawful and illegal factor, criminal and very traumatizing.

Mindful to the fact that I went with hope to meet with Madame La Rectrice Annemie SCHAUS on 27th October 2020 of resolving this matter, Madame La Rectrice Annemie SCHAUS actually requested to meet with me to harass me, defame against my character and intelligent, intimidate me and threaten me to stop writing complaint to the United Nations and to the Minister phuscially. I was well received, well intimidated and threatened. I came back exhausted, traumatized, bed ridden for weeks never to forget this incident. To add to the physical harassments during the meeting, there were shameless lies in the minutes of the meeting. Despite the fact that it was recorded. I replied to the minutes of the meeting in my letter dated 02^nd November 2020. Ms Claire Fauvel send the minutes of the meeting, kept the recording and she is oblige to share it. The rectorate have this recorded and should share it. I thereby accused Madame La Rectrice and her team (Ms. Nadine Postiaux, Ms. Aude STAQUET, Ms. Claire FAUVEL) who met with me during this encounter (27/10/2020), for defamation of character/intelligent, slander, injure, harassment, traumatizing me mentally and endangering my health, victimizing me further. They are guilty of these charges and merit a penalty of 12 months imprisonment. They have to be dismissed immediately from their various offices/jobs and the financial claims is for the Belgian State.

Ms. Claire Fauvel, after recognizing the gravity of their crimes, send me an email dated 17^th February 2021 requesting me to remove her name on the list as she is no longer work at the rectorate. I did reply her in the email dated 18^th February 2021. She is guilty and must take the responsibilities of her actions as adviser at the rectorate. She had advised of all the lies and manipulations and hypocrisy attitude which the rectorate had demonstrated throughout as a Slave Master exercising authority on it object. This is criminal treason against Human Rights, unlawful, illegal factor.

ResearchGate had taken upon themselves to help with deleting prove of this case, deleted an article I wrote and published explaining my story with the false claim of defamation from a Notice signed by professor Sylvie PEPERSTRAETE dated 10^th March 2021. I had send email (10/03/2021) to ResearchGate requesting they should restore my article and apologize. ResearchGate responded negatively threatening to delete my account should I republish my article. There is no way to reconcile peacefully with these agents serving Slave Master rather than to make claims and fine for their crime. ResearchGate is guilty for committing a felony of deleting my article, taking side with racists, and I claim a fine of 300.000,00 euros, (Three Hundred Thousand Euros to be paid into my bank account. Professor Sylvie PEPERSTRAETE deserves an imprisonment of 24 months.

Bureau d’aide juridique - Rue de la Régence, 63 - 1000 Brussels- Belgium.

Mindful to have addressed this matter to His Majesty the King (Long Live The King). His Majesty reply advising me to address this matter to the president of Bureau d’aide juridique so that a lawyer should be given to me. Somehow, it seems as if the president of bureau d’aid juridique had understood the letter to mean harass her more, intimidate her and kill her. I had addressed a letter To Maître Sophie BERGER dated 26/04/2021. In addition to engage in criminal acts to persecute me. I requested for another lawyer in my letter dated 25^th May 2021. Given the fact that my lawyer was not available. She designated Maître Nelson Briou, who rejected to help because I think they had advised him to harass, intimidate and victimizing me further. He was smart to politely refused in his email dated 30^th June 2021, which I replied on 2^nd July 2021.

Commissaire Fédéral de Police, Chef de service – Rue Royale 202 A – 1000 Brussels – Belgium, Monsieur Alain LUYPAERT did send a terrorizing letter dated 04^th June 2021 which I reply accordingly on 10^th June 2021, threatening to delete all my social media accounts, like a joke, my Facebook page ‘Teboh Clotilde’ disappeared like magic with all my stuffs. An attack to freedom of expression, criminal act, unlawful and I demand and claim that my Facebook page be restored with all its content and Monsieur Alain LUYPAERT be fired immediately.

Mindful to the fact that I am being targeted from all angel and these moral defector and accused decided to use my landlord to harass me further. I had received an invitation from the “Juge de Paix du Canton de Ganshoren of address : rue Fransman 80, 1020 Laeken, Brussels, Belgium” concerning indexation, increase of rent from my landlord for the 06/01/2021. The procedure for the landlord to claim her indexation to increase rent was not legally respected. For the judge to have send me an invitation is harassment. The legal procedure is that the landlord has to make a request to increase rent, if the request is not respected by the tenant, the landlord has to send a reminder letter through recommendation and if the tenant does not respect it, then then landlord has to go to the judge for reclamation. My landlord made the request, lied she had never requested which she did in 2018, I requested her to do the calculation from 2018 as we already agreed got no reply but invitation to appear at the Court. At the Court, I told Judge Marie-Claire FRERE I am not objecting and I am paying what I think is right, gave the Judge the letter of 2018, and indicated I had no reminder letter. The landlord has been very abusive and racist, harassing one, I told the judge. Judge Marie-Claire FRERE told me, I am correct and since I am invoking the abusive harassment of the landlord, I will need a lawyer to do the claims so she will not pronounce any judgment. Then I was condemned unjustly and what is really amazing is that, I gave +16 pages documents, the judge selected 4 pages and send with her condemnation letter. This show how the system of discrimination and racism is real in BELGIUM that even for the least thing if you look like me, they act against you. This is a felony, unlawful. However, the Judgment has to be corrected. I requested a lawyer in April 2021 to help contest the decision. Maître Monsieur Da Costa Aguiar Michel of address Rue Joseph Mertens 44, 1082 Brussels, Belgium, was officially designated on 03^rd May 2021 to assist contest the judgement. Bureau d’aide juridique or Council of State had advised him not to react. It was so stressful that I was calling him, he will not pick up his phone, nor reply messages. I notified Bureau d’aide juridique and was mocked. So I decided to prepare the case document, went and dropped at Maître Monsieur Da Costa Aguiar Michel mail box of address Rue Joseph Mertens 44, 1082 Brussels, Belgium. He replied me on 05^th July 2021 telling me there is nothing to contest. I send a reply telling me we have to contest the judgement we need the reminder letter and on 06^th July 2021 he wrote insulting me to pay my debt. I replied which he had to reply but failed. It was cleared his silent was his motivation to join the racist team and to punish me for the 2017 complaint, so I added his name on the list of the moral defected/accused tormentors racists.

Bureau d’aide juridique through Maître Sophie BERGER, responded to the adding of Maître Da Costa name on the list by faking a document (fraud) dated 16^th July 2021, violating my personal data, defaming on my character false accused to have insulted Maître Briou, then stating my request for Maître Da Costa is rejected. In their criminality they are shamelessly acting in the most foolish manner I am experiencing. Maître Sophie Berger should be jailed for 24 months as a penalty of her crime and both Maître Sophie and Maître Da Costa acting lawyer mandate should be retrieved.

Maître Isabelle Gerard, of address Avocate at Avenue Victor-Emmanuel 11I –75, 1180 UCCLE was designated by Maître Berger, Maître Corinne Delgouffre, Présidente du Bureau d’aide juridique - Rue de la Régence, 63 - 1000 Brussels- Belgium to help contest judgment which Maître Da Costa had failed to do. There was lots of email exchanges (03/11/2021, 05/11/2021 07/11/2021) with Maître Gerard as she keeps on asking me same questions intentionally over and over tormenting my mind. I notified this unacceptable behaviour of Maître Isabelle after requesting if her criminal attitude is motivated by the fact she is punishing me for complaining against professor Viviane Vanne in 2017. They have the ideology of Slave Masters, such that in unlawful manner Maître Delgouffre discharged her when I already added her name on the racist accused list. I decided to appeal the decision of Société du Logement de la Région de Bruxelles Capital (SLRB) à Rue Jourdanstraat 45-55, 1060 Bruxelles, at the Council of State on 23^rd December 2021, adding the names of both the social housing workers and enterprises on the list of the accused racists. My right to a lawyer refused and abused intentionally. As a consequence for the crime, I claim all the properties/assets, finances of Société du Logement de la Région de Bruxelles Capital (SLRB) à Rue Jourdanstraat 45-55 to be handover to me a compensatory penalty of their crime.

Then she said I have be condemned for not paying my electricity bills. I told her, that’s a lie, my bills are in order and the company to reimburse me. I insisted to have a copy of the judgement and the letter she said she have for me. I was ignored like nothing is speaking. I took my phone, as I started videoing them, Cleymans Marc told the police officer to stop me immediately because I am good at denouncing them and posting on social media. He revealed to me who they are. So I told him, the letter I send to the Council of State he has replied by sending you to come assassinate me in my home? He did not object, they forcefully seized my phone not to record or video them, I told them their horrible racist attitude they are tormenting me with, Marc Cleymans mad a video of me telling them who they are after seizing my phone. I had to scream at them to leave, then they left running, leaving behind a document with the name DEKOKER on it and my home address. My neighbours were so worried when they heard me screamed, such that as the assassins left, they were at my door asking me what is happening for they have never heard me talking in a loud voice not to talk of screaming. I told them, those people leaving are very bad people they came claiming I am not paying my electricity bill and I know they have bad intentions. I decided to look at the documents they left, and it was for the neighbour. I told my neighbour they came for you and mistaken me for you. I requested to know if she is paying her electricity bill. My neighbours said yes, they are not even with the said company and out of a sudden she started crying apologizing, for the harassments of the assassins, telling me I am such a nice person, the landlord had encouraged them to harass me, and they are very sorry for that, it is not normal that the police came harassing me thinking I am her, I should forgive her. She said, she does not want any problem with me, and was seriously crying. I told her to stop crying, comforting her, telling her I will call them to come collect their letters. It was a very shocking tormenting traumatizing situation.

Mindful to the fact that I called the assassins, they told me on phone, it is not an error, they came for me and they will be back. I send an email 09/02/2022, they replied 10/02/2022. I went to the police station at koekelberg to file a complaint, they rejected. I decided to write my complaint and to deposit it at the Commissariat de Police Koekelberg, Zone Police Bruxelles-Ouest, Rue de la Sécurité 4, 1081 Bruxelles addressed to the commissioner, Commissaire François GANSEMAN. I went personally to deposit the complaint and was assaulted by the female police officer in service as she harassed verbally, refused to collect the complaint, probably as instructed. She aggravated her harassment by telling me I should go and pay my debt. I left the complaint there obligatory on 14/02/2022, telling her none of them harassing me and insulting me shall go free and that I will send an email which I did on 15/02/2022 to confirm that Commissaire François GANSEMAN received it. Two police officer were again send at my home on 17^th March 2022. I refused letting them in and requesting a writing reply on my complaint and that the assassins must be arrested. As if it is not enough My Honour, inspector Laurent POKET with a colleague came to my home on 24/02/2022 with an invitation to be killed on 24/03/2022 pretentiously stating an invitation to be heard, with criminal defamation, injury manipulative fact against me - scam by selling a dog on the internet and a complaint is at the commissariat against me. I declined this assassination invitation as I have never sell a dog in real life or internet. Requesting a lawyer to help with my documentation so that I leave Belgium, the insults is unacceptable. Interestingly Maître Delgouffre designated a lawyer to help with the assassination which I replied after contacting the lawyer. Inspector Laurent POKET is guilty of felony and as penalty to pay One Hundred and twenty thousand euro and 10 years imprisonment.

FARASYN-KATRA Administrative: Karenberg 24, 1932 Sint-Steven-Woluwe, Belgium, and Commissariat de Police Koekelberg, Zone Police Bruxelles-Ouest, Rue de la Sécurité 4, 1081 Bruxelles have committed crime of Conspiracy whereby the accused fraud a document, they all agreed as they had the intent not only to come assassinate me, but to steal the items they listed. They are still conspiring with the intention to achieve their objective – that to kill me. This is the reason the inspector Laurent POKET came to my home on Easter Sunday 17^th of April 2022 with another invitation to be killed on 29/04/2022 at 2PM, disturbing my peace, and dropped it in my mail box. The World largest and only International Organization for Human Rights and maintaining peace have demonstrated contrary to what they are. If the only World organization cannot have a strategy to resolve individual complaints or handle individual complaint appropriately and with respect. Do the people really need it such an orgnaiztion? This is disturbing my mind and I trust World leaders, Members of United Nations Human Rights Council should be able to clarifying answer to what is disturbing my mine because my mind must be peaceful as I am peaceful. I demand that this matter be presented at the United Nations Human Rights Council. Thus sending a copy to the president of United Nations Human Rights Council, His Excellency, Ambassador Federico Villegas. The United Nations has the obligation to tell the world how they dealt with this complaint as my life is in danger motivated by them supporting/defending abusers of human rights.

Mindful to the fact that, I had addressed this issued at the United Nations, dated 17/12/2019 hoping it will be resolved immediately. I am shocked and traumatized, I received a reply dated 27^th December 2019, Reference: UR/UST/19/NON/236 from United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights – Geneva Branch Office, which deal with individual complaint without the name of the signatory adviser – a ghost signature. I requested to know who the signatory officer was, I got no reply. This is an unacceptable insult, criminal and nullifying the purpose of United Nations. Mindful to that fact that this case has been addressed to the European Court of Human Rights on three different occasions. I got three replies, signed by Mr. Alexei Datskevich with same content, two of the replies have same register Court number, one neutral and all has the famous statement “please note that no documents or submissions you have provided have been kept.” If no documents or submissions have not being kept, what is the meaning of a reference court register case number for the complaint? The only justified answer is that Mr. Alexei Datskevich has been corrupted by the Belgian Council of State to defend the accused and do away with all proofs. I have send a letter to the Belgian Council of State on this accusations and got no reply, thereby validating my claims. It is same criminal strategies the Belgian Council of State apply in replying me, and United Nations with translating same reply from English into French and Send. As a summary to the petition send to European Court of Human Right, I filed in a complaint dated 14/09/2021 to the European Court of Human Rights. I got a reply dated 23/09/2021 from European Court of Human Rights with Reference: 46334/21. It has a Court Register number of ECHR – Aeng6 QVS/sjs.

The second complaint on same matter was send to European Court of Human Right was dated 07/02/2022. I got a reply dated 21/02/2022 with Reference: 8764/22. Court Register Code: Aeng6 – QVE/nma. The third complaint on same matter was addressed on 07/02/2022 with reference: 10445/22 and Court register Code: Aeng6 - QVE/nma.

It is a criminal offence for the Court to throw documents for a matter that has a reference and court register code to wipe proves of the matter in defence and protection for the defectors and the accused entities involved in this case by victimizing me further. This criminal offense carry a penalty fine of two hundred and fifty thousand euros, summing it to Seven Hundred and Fifty thousand euros. Mr. Alexei Datskevich should be dismiss immediately.

Sa Majesté, Mon Roi c'est avec tout le respect et l'humilité que je vous écris encore une fois. Il s'agit de la situation que je vous avais adressée dans ma lettre du 28 décembre 2020. Votre Gracieuse Excellence, Sa Majesté Notre Roi, a répondu dans la lettre du 18 janvier 2021 votre référence : R 202100279/RR1, dans laquelle il m'a été conseillé de saisir le Président du Bureau d'aide Juridique afin qu'un avocat soit désigné pour assister avec le dossier auprès de l'ULB. J'ai respecté les conseils. C'est très triste qu'ils se soient retournés contre moi en défendant l'ULB, en me victimisant davantage, en mettant ma santé fragile dans une phase dépressive profonde. La situation empire alors que l'accusé fait équipe avec le Conseil d'Etat, Bureau d'Aide Juridique pour préparer mon assassinat.

Après une tentative d'assassinat ratée à mon domicile le 09/02/2022, conspirée par le Conseil d'Etat Belge, j'ai officiellement demandé dans ma lettre du 06/03/2022 (adressée au Président du Conseil d'Etat) de quitter la Belgique et l'Europe. Il n'y a pas de réponse. Il n'y a pas de réponse. Ils ont agi contre ma lettre et complotent toujours pour me tuer. Leur dernier plan pour me tuer était une invitation de l'inspecteur Laurent POKET que j'ai formellement déclinée (ci-jointe). La conclusion des traitements dégradants que m'ont infligés l'accusé et le Conseil d'Etat, ne peut être justifiée que par l'idéologie de l'esclavage et de la traite négrière selon laquelle les personnes qui me ressemblent (africaine) étaient considérées comme nées inférieures aux Blancs et n'avaient aucun droit, et n'avait pas d'âme, pouvait donc être traité comme un objet, une propriété ou une marchandise

Votre Gracieuse Excellence, Sa Majesté Notre Roi, tous mes droits ont été bafoués, je suis traité comme un objet et ils me veulent mort. Ils m'ont traumatisé, m'ont fait leur victime, presque tous mes amies se sont enfuis, peur d'être pris pour cible, ils n'ont de respect pour personne. Ils persécutent la loi avec leur acte criminel, normalisant ainsi l'esclavage ‘Système ». Ceci est un acte criminel diabolique, une trahison contre les droits de l'homme et ne doit pas être toléré.

Sa Majesté Notre Roi, Mes droits à un recours légal ne peuvent plus être niés. Je suis une âme vivante créée par Dieu. Chacun peut être tenu responsable de ses actes et tout homme ou femme qui a subi un préjudice a droit à un recours légal. Nous sommes tous égaux en droits humains et en dignité. Je suis une âme pacifique et j'ai épuisé tous les moyens possibles pour trouver des solutions pacifiques en vain. Ma vie n'a pas de prix et est en danger. Sa Majesté Notre Roi, je demande humblement votre protection. Je ne veux pas que ces accusés me tuent. Dans le même temps, je demande à la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme qui n'a pas pris de mesures rapides, de corriger ses torts en exécutant mes demandes. je joins une copie de la requête envoyée à la cour européenne et un document annexe pour Sa Majesté Notre Roi.

Sa Majesté, Mon Roi, La Cour européenne des droits de l'homme ne peut pas rejeter cette affaire, parce que cela signifiera que la Cour commet une trahison capitale contre les droits de l'homme, et ses principes doivent être revus. Si la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme décidait intentionnellement de commettre à nouveau une trahison capitale contre les droits de l'homme. Je demande humblement et respectueusement à Sa Majesté Notre Roi de veiller à ce que mes documentations nécessaires soient faites pour que je quitte définitivement la Belgique et l'Europe. L'idéologie de l'esclavage qui a facilité l'asservissement illégal de mes ancêtres est diabolique, fausse, cruelle, illégale. Mes ancêtres ne l'ont jamais accepté et je ne le ferai pas. C'est un péché et une trahison capitale contre les droits de l'homme.

Sa Majesté Notre Roi, ma santé a été impactée négativement, je ne me sens pas libre, je ne suis pas en sécurité. La seule raison pour laquelle tous les accusés mènent confortablement leurs activités complotant mon assassinat est justifiée par l'idéologie de l'esclavage et ils me considéraient comme un objet. Tous les accusés doivent être renvoyés de leur travail, car ce sont des personnes pour lesquelles j'ai tant de respect et que je tiens en haute estime. Ils m'ont obligé à définir mon statut, en tant qu'âme humaine vivante, quelque chose qu'ils doivent m'enseigner et être un exemple de la manière dont nous devons nous respecter un autre dans notre identité unique. Les accusés sont conscients de leurs crimes et ils en connaissent les conséquences. Ils doivent assumer la responsabilité de leurs actes. Les accusés dans leur criminalité pour me déshumaniser, se sont non seulement ridiculisés sans vergogne, ils ont presque annulé les visions, les principes des institutions et des organisations qu'ils dirigent. Le Ministre de l'Enseignement Supérieur Madame V. GLATIGNY, elle ne répond jamais à aucune de mes lettres qui lui sont adressées. J'ai déposé une pétition au bureau des droits de l'homme des Nations Unies et j'ai reçu une réponse sans nom du conseiller signataire. J'ai adressé une lettre au Secrétaire Général - Nations Unies, pas de réponse. Ils devraient tous être licenciés avec des sanctions sévères, ou je devrais être renvoyé pacifiquement dans l'État où je suis né.

Le sourire de Notre Majesté Notre Reine donne de l'espoir. Je l'adore et j'aime tellement Sa Majesté Notre Reine. Sa Majesté Notre Reine est mon modèle. Je suis un ressortissant discipliné. Je respecte les lois et les ordres, je respecte les autres. L'humanité doit le respect les uns aux autres. Je dis non à toutes les formes de haine, racisme, discrimination, asservissement. Si l'Etat Belge ne peut pas me respecter pour qui je suis. Ma décision est prise d'être renvoyé dans l'État où je suis né, le Cameroun, dans la dignité et en paix, et vivant – corps, âme et esprit.

Monsieur Roger STEVENS, Premier Président du Conseil d’Etat,

Je vous ai adressé le 06/03/2022, objet : demande de quitter la Belgique/l'Europe en raison de votre comportement raciste que vous défendez, promouvez, encouragez et voulez maintenant me tuer. À ce jour il n y a pas été donné suite. J’attends une réponse de votre part.

Permettez-moi de profiter de cette occasion pour vous informer de certaines mises à jour. Tout d'abord je sens que indirectement, vous avez en quelque sorte répondu par les assassins (FARASYN-KATRA) que vous avez désignés pour me tuer et voler des objets chez moi. Je vous ai envoyé une lettre les 10 et 13 mars 2022 pour vous informer des terrifiants harcèlements déshumanisants que je reçois de la part de vos assassins désignés et de la Police – Koekelberg. À ce jour il n y a pas été donné suite. Vos assassins désignés continuent les harcèlements et le 16 mars 2022 m’envoyez un e-mail avec une note fictive et frauduleuse. Selon la loi, je suis obligé de légaliser ce montant fictif à titre de correction discipline vos assassins désignés d'une amende de 500 millions à verser sur mon compte chaque mois pendant une période de 60 mois et demi, (voir e-mail 16 mars 2022). Cet argent doit être versé mensuellement sur mon compte (BE15 3630 2533 5430 avec référence IJPB886-DEKOKER). Pourriez-vous vous assurer qu'il est payé en temps opportun chaque mois pour éviter des taux d'intérêt élevés.

Dans le même temps, l'inspecteur Laurent Pocket continue de conspirer pour mon assassinat avec une invitation harcelante à me tuer chez le policier Koekelberg- en plus troublant ma tranquillité. Il s'agit d'un crime connu sous le nom de complot séditieux et la peine est de 20 ans d'emprisonnement. Ma vie n'a pas de prix et conspirer pour m'assassiner est une trahison capitale. Je réclame comme peine de son crime 10 ans d'emprisonnement plus une amende de Cent Vingt Mille (120.000,00)euros. Cette réclamation doit être exécutée car il existe d'autres réclamations pour l'État Belge que vous représentez.

Je vous informe que j'ai reçu un courrier de la Société Log'iris Etterbeek. Sur la base de leur discrimination raciale, de leur harcèlement, de leur arrogance, de leurs mensonges, de leur hypocrisie que vous approuvez et promouvez, motivés par la couleur de ma peau et ma race fondée sur l'idéologie de l'esclavage, les traitements dégradants illégaux que j'ai subis et tourmentés, sur quelle base morale, légaux sont-ils en train de m'écrire - Étant donné que j'ai demandé à quitter officiellement la Belgique / l'Europe et déclaré qu'ils n'avaient aucun statut moral pour communiquer davantage avec moi puisque vous les défendez avec l'idéologie diabolique de l'esclavage selon laquelle les Africains sont nés biologiquement inférieurs aux Blancs sans âme et n'ont pas droits, peut donc être traité comme un objet, une propriété ou une marchandise. Pourquoi m'écrivent-ils parce que je considérais la lettre comme une moquerie, des harcèlements continus inacceptables et illégaux une trahison contre les droits de l'homme. La lettre que j'ai reçue de Log'iris se moque de moi pour renouveler mon candidat. C'est inacceptable. Je refuse toute forme de moquerie, hypocrite et j'exige le respect.

Un récapitulatif de mon cas avec Log'iris vous rappelle qu'en 2016 j'ai demandé un logement via dérogation, ils n'ont jamais répondu ni donné les deux points supplémentaires. Ils ont menti et vous l'avez approuvé en justifiant le fait que vous me considérez comme un esclave sans droits.  En 2016, j'ai dû quitter un bâtiment qui était inhabituel/insolite car le nouveau propriétaire effectuait des travaux. Log'iris a tous les détails car la demande de dérogation en 2016 pour un logement comprenait des photos des travaux en cours dans le bâtiment.

Quand j'ai cet appartement, j'ai dû faire une demande d'allocation de logement en 2016. Le propriétaire tardait avec le contrat, alors j'ai pensé que je devrais le déposer sans le contrat et quand j'aurai le contrat, je compléterai le dossier. Je suis allé déposer les documents au bureau d'Allocation Logement SLRB, ils ont refusé que je doive avoir le nouveau contrat. J'ai tout fait pour obtenir une photocopie du contrat dernière la semaine en octobre 2016, je suis allé le soumettre et le bureau a été fermé jusqu'au 3 novembre la semaine suivante en 2016. Ils ont rejeté ma demande avec la motivation que je devais soumettre trois mois à compter de la date du signature du contrat le 1er août. Sachant que leur bureau était fermé par la loi, ils doivent prolonger la date. Je suis allé au bureau après avoir reçu leur lettre refusée, ils ont promis de prolonger la date, je n'ai pas à faire appel de leur décision, j'envoie des e-mails de rappel, ils répondront hypocritement semblant comprendre, puis, réponse finale, ils ont dit, je devrais demandé à un avocat de faire appel de leur décision quand la date a expirée. Il s'agit d'une discrimination criminelle irrespectueuse et SLRB ils ont toutes les copies à ce sujet. Ils le font intentionnellement. C'est illégal, condamnable avec des peines. Cela démontre la discrimination et le racisme quotidiens qu'il faut s'efforcer de survivre sans se plaindre.

Monsieur STEVENS, Premier Président du Conseil d’Etat, pour que vous me montriez comment fonctionne le "Système" sous l'idéologie esclavagiste, motivé par votre détermination à me punir d'avoir déposé une plainte raciale contre la professeure Viviane Vanne de l'ULB. Vous avez violé mes informations personnelles, les avez partagées partout afin que je sois davantage harcelé et persécuté, aggraver avec des complots pour m'assassiner. Les persécutions et le harcèlement de Log'iris - SLRB sont inacceptables et la plupart s'arrêtent avec des sanctions et des pénalités. A la page 3 du document que Log'iris m'a envoyé en date du 21/03/2022, il est écrit en page 3 de cette document que- date de fin de invalidité 03/02/2026. Pour vous rappeler pourquoi j'avais porté plainte contre Log'iris, lorsque j'envoie le document du SPF sécurité sociale avec invalidité fin décembre 2022 en demandant 2 points supplémentaires pour ce document car ce document est différent du document d'assurance/mutuelle avec 66% d’invalidité. La réponse que j'ai reçue était la prolongation de ma période d'invalidité de 2022 à 2026. Quand j'ai demandé à savoir pourquoi une telle extension, on m'a dit parce que je ne recevrais jamais d'aide et qu'il s'agissait d'une décision de bloquer mon dossier jusqu'à cette date en plus comme une menace ils m'ont dit d'arrêter d'appeler et qu'il n'y avait pas de réponse à ma question et ils ont raccroché le téléphone. La manière dont ma plainte a été traitée justifiait cette faite. Votre réponse à juste copié ce que vous m'envoyez en 2019 sur le dossier de l'ULB et envoi justifié c'est tout lié - persécution ciblée. C'est une trahison capitale contre les droits de l'homme. Pour que la SLRB continue à me harceler après toutes ces injustices, en guise de sanction pour leurs crimes, je réclame que tous les actifs de la SLRB plus les finances me soient transférés. Je ne me plains plus parce que je me plaignais en demandant des solutions pacifiques et la réponse que j'obtiens est un assassinat raté. Ma vie n'a pas de prix et je ne suis pas une entité dont les autres peuvent se nourrir. Je poursuis avec réclamation pour corriger tous les accusés racistes et assassins, parce que c'est l'obligation d'un Ressortissant de l'État et mes droits ne peuvent être niés.

Monsieur STEVENS, Premier Président du Conseil d’Etat, vous ne pouvez pas contester le fait que, la seule raison pour laquelle tous les accusés sont encore à leur poste est justifiée par l'idéologie de l'esclavage selon laquelle vous me traitez illégalement comme un objet et vous voulez ma mort. après mon analyse, j'ai l'impression que vous et Monsieur Pierre GUARDJIAN, Président de ULB, Monsieur Jacques JAUMOTTE, Président Conseil d’Etat

et ceux qui dirigent l'équipe complotant pour m'assassiner parce que vous êtes les autorités chargées de vous assurer que cette affaire est résolue. Cela arrivera. Je ne vous accorderai jamais le pouvoir de me tuer directement ou indirectement et c'est la raison pour laquelle j'ai formellement demandé à être renvoyé dans l'État où je suis né. Mes ancêtres n'ont jamais accepté l'esclavage et mon grand-père est né avant la création de l'Etat Belge, mon père est né avant la naissance de l'Etat du Cameroun. Mes ancêtres sont nés libres et sont des âmes vivantes. Son Excellence le Président Paul Biya m'accueillera. Veuillez faire les documentations pour que je parte. Je n'accepterai jamais l'esclavage ou la discrimination raciale. Dieu m'a créé à son image, je suis né libre et une âme vivante. Tous les efforts possibles pour résoudre cette affaire pacifiquement pour la réconciliation ont échoué parce que votre plan est de me tuer. Humble greetings. I am writing in regards to a petition which I addressed at the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Section which deal with individual complaints. I received a reply with reference UR/UST/19/NON/236 dated 23^rd September, 2021. This replied is a French translated version for the same reply I got in 2019 with same reference. Shocked and traumatized to the fact that the One biggest World Organization, United Nations whose mission is to promote and protect human rights globally abusively in the most stupid and criminal manner is protecting abusers of human rights by replying me off topic, in the most criminal disrespectful manner justified be the fact that the signatory officer who signed the reply intentionally left out his or her name. This is an act of capital treason against human rights committed by the World biggest and only United Nations. This is unacceptable and unlawful and must be corrected.

I had addressed a letter to the United Nations Secretary General Mr. Mr. António Gutterres and the High Commissioner for Human rights Ms. Michelle Bachelet dated 2^nd September 2021 and a reminder dated 2^nd October 2021. They have intentionally acted against the letter by not reply thereby approving every claims. I had equally addressed this matter to European Court of Human Rights and they are protecting the accused entities who are implicated in this matter and victimizing me further. This is unlawful capital treason against human rights. Our human rights must be protected and defending by all cost.

Your Excellency, Ambassador Federico Villegas, I am a living soul, a woman, created by God and it is unacceptable that authorities put in place are the very one engaging in dehumanizing others and should go without be corrected. This is the reason I have filed again, another petition to the European Court of Human Rights, demanding the Court to respect the core values it was created for, defending, protecting and promoting Human Rights and execute my claims. This can no longer be denied because we are all equal in human rights and in dignity. Every man or woman who has suffered a wrong has the right to a lawful remedy. My right to a lawful remedy cannot be denied as it is my un-a-lien-able right. There is corruption going on between the Belgian State, United Nations Human Rights, European Court of Human rights to not only victimize me but to kill me. This must not happen. I demand that my security be guaranteed. I demand that this matter be discussed in the United Nations Security Council, United Nations Human Rights Council. This is motivated by my call for the immediate dismissal of Secretary General Mr. António Gutterres and the High Commissioner for Human rights Ms. Michelle Bachelet. Included is an annex document which explain my case send with petition form to European Court of Human Rights for your attention, letter to His Majesty. I will be forwarding all documents submitted through emails. We need a world where we respect one another in our unique identity. Thank You.

Je vous écris concernant l'invitation à être tué le vendredi 29/04/2022 à 14.00 heures, déposé dans ma boite aux lettres le dimanche de pâques 17/04/2022 à 10:43

Numéro de notice BR.52.99.000689/2021 , annexe au PV nr : BR. L2.015572/2022 dd 17/04/2022. Vous avez oublié d'inclure le PV dans votre lettre d'invitation. Suite à ma lettre du 27/02/2022 que je vous ai envoyée, vous êtes déjà impliqué dans le dossier et votre rôle est de m'assassiner pour les racistes accusés à l'ULB. C'est la deuxième invitation à tuer que je reçois de vous. Monsieur, vous n'êtes pas seulement un assassin, vous dérangez ma paix. Motivé par le racisme que je vis à l'ULB, et votre détermination à m'assassiner, j'ai officiellement demandé à quitter la Belgique et l’Europe à vie. Ma demande doit être respectée et il n'est pas conseillé que vous aggraviez vos crimes car vous devez assumer la responsabilité de votre acte et faire face aux conséquences. La seule raison pour laquelle vous continuez à me harceler est motivée par les crimes de l'accusé raciste, motivée par l'idéologie de l'esclavage selon laquelle les gens qui me ressemblent (Africaines) n'ont aucun droit humain et ils sont nés biologiquement inférieurs aux Blancs. Une idéologie diabolique utilisée pour asservir de force mes ancêtres et ne peut pas travailler sur moi. Sur quels principes moraux ou droits légaux cette invitation est-elle valide ou justifiée ?

Je vous accuse de sédition complot en vue de me tuer justifiée par l'invitation que vous m'avez apportée à mon domicile le 24/02/2022 accompagné de votre collègue, troubler ma tranquillité, harceler, défendre le racisme, injure, calomnie, fraude de document, diffamation, abus de pouvoir. Je réclame que suite à vos lettres du 24/02/2022 auxquelles vous n'avez jamais répondu à réaction du 27/02/2022 et votre lettre du 17/04/2022, vous êtes coupable de mes accusations. Vous devrez payer une amende de Cent vingt mille (120.000,00) euros et un emprisonnement de 10 ans.

Monsieur le Président du Conseil d’Etat,

Suite à ma lettre du 06 mars 2022 - Objet : Demande de quitter la Belgique/l'Europe en raison de votre comportement raciste que vous défendez, promouvez, encouragez et voulez maintenant me tuer.

Vous avez reçu la lettre de recommandation et votre réaction de poursuivre les plans de harcèlements et d'assassinat motivés par qui je suis est inacceptable, c'est un crime contre l'humanité et illégal. Cela doit cesser immédiatement car vous m'avez déjà mis dans un état dépressif.

Pour justifier mes affirmations, vous avez répondu à ma lettre en contactant ces assassins (FARASYN-KATRA) que vous aviez envoyé avec un faux document adressé à Madame Dekoker Claudine, violant mes informations personnelles – adresse domicile, pour venir me tuer, et reparti avec un prétexte de mauvaise identification et le plan d'assassinat a échoué. Suite à ma lettre du 06 mars 2022, ces assassins m'ont envoyé deux e-mails - un le 9 mars 2022 et un autre le 10 mars 2022. Cet e-mail n'est pas une mauvaise identification ou une erreur comme l'ont affirmé respectivement le président du Bureau juridique et le commissaire de police de Koekelberg. Objet : Demande de quitter la Belgique/l'Europe en raison de votre comportement raciste que vous défendez, promouvez, encouragez et voulez maintenant me tuer.

Avec respect, je vous écris en paix et comme une entité humaine ayant un corps, une âme et un esprit en me référant à la lettre que je vous ai adressée en date du 04/02/2022 votre Ref : Pré-GAD 54321, concernant les situations critiques horribles que vous m'avez soumises en tant que victime motivée par qui je suis, ma couleur de peau et ma race. Il est clair que votre solution finale est de me tuer par tous les moyens. Cela ne peut pas arriver car je ne vous donnerai jamais l'autorisation de me tuer. C'est la raison pour laquelle j'ai demandé une solution pacifique puisque vous protégez l'accusé afin que je puisse avoir une vie normale car cette situation a grandement affecté ma santé. Je vous ai rappelé dans ma lettre du 04 février 2020 que vos prochaines stratégies sont de m'assassiner, plutôt que d'essayer de m'assassiner, j'ai demandé que vous me renvoyiez dans mon pays d'origine. Vous répondez par des menaces d'assassinat qui ont échoué chez moi (Rue Montagne aux Anges 24/1) le 9 février 2022. J'ai joint à cette lettre la copie de la lettre laissée par les assassins, lettre adressée à Maître Corinne Delgouffre présidente Bureau d’aide juridique le 09/02/2022. Le commissariat de police ayant refusé de faire des PV et d'ouvrir une enquête, j'ai rédigé une plainte datée le 14/02/2022, ci-jointe pour votre information. en réponse à ma plainte, j'ai reçu des menaces et des intimidations de la part du commissaire de police Monsieur Ganseman. J'ai joint une copie de ma lettre du 16/02/2022, la réponse du Commissaire Ganseman du 18/02/2022 et ma réponse du 20/02/2022 pour votre information.

En réponse à ma lettre du 20/02/2022, l'inspecteur Laurent POKET est venu chez moi le 24/02/2022 pour servir avec une invitation prétentieusement écrite à être entendu le 24/03/2022. Cette invitation s'efface me disant de quitter la Belgique avant le 24/03/2022 ou je serai tué ce jour-là si j'y vais. J'ai décliné cette invitation car la réclamation est une diffamation de mon personnage, (menti que j'ai vendu un chien sur internet). Je confirme ma déclinaison à l'invitation par écrit, voir lettre adressée à inspecteur POKET le 27/02/2022- jointe à votre attention. Je suis convaincu que c'est vous qui êtes à l'origine de tous ces actes diaboliques, criminels, illégaux pour me tuer car le Conseil d'Etat Belge est la plus haute autorité en Belgique pour résoudre ce problème qui lui est adressé. Votre plan d'assassinat pour me tuer motivé pour qui je suis ne réussira jamais. C'est la raison pour laquelle je vous demande, plutôt que de me tuer pour qui je suis, faites ma documentation afin que je quitte Belgique-Europe pour de bon.

Pour finaliser votre plan d'assassinat avant ou le 24/03/2022, mon inquiétude s'impose directement ou indirectement. Maître Corinne Delgouffre, présidente Bureau d’aide juridique, m’envoyez une lettre datée du 24/02/2022 me demandant de remplir et de signer encore le formulaire de demande d’aide juridique qu'elle a à sa disposition. Si ce n'est pas me demander de m'inquiéter pour que vous me tues, combien les formulaires de demande d’aide juridique je dois remplir et signer ? Maître Corinne Delgouffre se moquant du système judiciaire belge, elle a prétentieusement ajouté qu'elle devait désigner un avocat chargé de me donner un avis dans le cadre recours visant la décision de la Société du Logement de la Région de Bruxelles capitale. Cela confirme ce que le coordinateur de mon programme à ULB m'a dit lorsque j'ai insisté que les règles et règlements d’études doivent être respectés et les raisons donné pour pourquoi mon mémoire a été rejeté et notée 00/20 et ce que je dois faire comme correction. Il m'a dit qu'il n'y a pas de règles pour les gens de ma catégorie en Belgique. Il a dit que les règles n'existent nulle part pour les gens de ma catégorie. Il a dit que l'ULB est une grande institution et a des agents partout dans toutes les institutions mondiales qui protégeront l'ULB. Il a dit que même l'Etat Belge protégera l'ULB et devant le tribunal Belge je ne gagnerai pas même si j'ai des raisons. Il m'a conseillé, si je continue à insister pour savoir pourquoi mon travail a été rejeté, ils finiront par me tuer. Le coordinateur de mon programme à ULB m'a demandé d'essayer de le mettre à jour. Il n'était pas loin de la vérité, je n'essaie pas, je demande à être respecté pour qui je suis et à être renvoyé dans mon pays d'origine si les lois et ordonnances ne s'appliquent pas aux personnes de mon espèce.

Permettez-moi de présenter brièvement les faits, comment le conseil d'état s'est engagé à protéger le racisme, à l'encourager au point d'annuler la démocratie, de corrompre la plus grande organisation mondiale de défense des droits de l'homme - les Nations unies et même la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme. Le COMMENT réside dans le stratégies que les accusés ont utilisées pour échapper à la justice. Le conseil de ces stratégies est le Conseil d'Etat Belge. Ces stratégies incluent me répondre hors sujet avec intimidations, mensonges, menaces, violation des données personnelles, diffamation ou pas de réponse ou copier et coller la réponse précédente, ou complot d'assassinat raté, ou invitation à être assassiné ou à partir avant le 24/03/2022. C'est le Conseil d'Etat qui est à l'origine de toutes ces stratégies méchamment diaboliques, criminelles et illégales. Etant donné que je ne veux pas être tué à cause de qui je suis, je demande au Conseil d'Etat qui est le chef des accusés, de collaborer avec le bureau des droits de l'homme des Nations Unies que le Conseil d'Etat a corrompu de ne pas prendre les bonnes mesures pour résoudre ce problème, et m'ont répondu hors sujet (copie et coller deux fois), avec une signature fantôme pour m'assurer que je quitte la Belgique/l'Europe avant le 24/03/2022. Le Conseil d'Etat devrait également collaborer avec la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme car j'ai reçu deux réponses de leur part, copier, coller et envoyer comme celles que j'ai reçues du Conseil d'Etat.

Brièvement pour rappeler cette affaire, les faits ; vous m'avez victimisé et fait de moi votre victime justifiée et motivée pour ce que je suis, c'est-à-dire la couleur de ma peau et ma race - le racisme. C'est un racisme institutionnalisé systémique ciblé, soutenu, promu, encouragé par le Conseil d'État et maintenant ma vie est en danger avec des complots d'assassinat ratés et plus de menaces de m'assassiner. Tout a commencé en 2017 lorsque j'ai déposé une plainte raciale justifiée contre le professeur Viviane Vanne de l'ULB Bruxelles. Les autorités de l'ULB ont protégé le professeur Viviane Vanne et à ce jour il n'y a pas eu de décision sur cette plainte. La seule raison pour laquelle il n'y a pas de décision concernant cette plainte peut être justifiée par le fait que les règles et règlements ne s'appliquent pas aux élèves de ma catégorie - race et couleur. Donc, avoir pensé que les règles et règlements sont pour tous les étudiants et en déposant une plainte contre un professeur méchant qui a utilisé des insultes racistes est inacceptable et quelque chose qu'aucun étudiant comme moi ne pourrait oser faire. Je suis ciblé, complètement violé de mes droits humains et de ma dignité, asservi, insulté, stigmatisé, harcelé, diffamé, traumatisé -moralement/psychologiquement avec des menaces d'assassinats maintenant sur ma vie, comme punition pour porter plainte contre un professeur raciste, motivé et justifié par qui je suis, ma couleur de peau et ma race.

Pour énumérer la série de sanctions qui m'ont été infligées à cause de la plainte raciale de 2017 que j'ai déposée contre le professeur Viviane Vanne à l'ULB : on m'a imposé de faire du temps supplémentaire sur la durée du stage. J'ai demandé que la durée soit corrigée et j'ai été insulté que je ne sois bon à rien et que je passerai mon temps à me plaindre, j'envoie un e-mail demandant qu'il soit corrigé et cela n'a jamais été fait. Je suis courageux et je l'ai fait et c'est une forme d'esclavage illégalement non acceptée et punissable. Une proposition de thèse de 15 pages a été notée 04/20 et les raisons de cette note étaient que j'ai cité Mercy Amba Oduyoye qui me ressemble et à l'ULB, elle n'est pas considérée comme une universitaire à citer. On m'a demandé de suivre un cours sur la rédaction d'un article scientifique académique. Nous avons dû écrire un article de 8 pages, ce que j'ai fait et n'ai eu aucun retour, demandé de répéter le cours, et quand j'ai demandé à savoir si je devais encore réécrire un autre article de 8 pages car celui de l'année dernière je n'ai eu aucun retour. J'ai été chassé de la classe de la manière la plus humiliante et convoqué à la commission de discipline. La commission disciplinaire m'a donné une sanction et a omis de la motiver ou de mentionner la procédure d'appel comme mentionné dans le règlement disciplinaire. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, ils m'ont échoué injustement dans un cours de séminaire avec une note de 06/20 car les règles des examens ont été modifiées pour la seule étudiante moi, et j'étais la seule étudiante qui me ressemblait dans ce cours. J'ai déposé une plainte auprès du rectorat (ULB) car cela me fait me sentir différent des autres étudiants et les autres étudiants ont été choqués par le changement des règles des examens pour moi seul. Il m'a fallu plus de 4 mois pour obtenir une réponse avec intimidation et menaces. À la Fédération des Etudiant.e.s Francophones (FEF), le juriste m'a conseillé de demander une copie de mon dossier disciplinaire car ils pensent que je suis visé et qu'il faut traiter la cause profonde - plainte raciale de 2017 contre le professeur Viviane Vanne. J'ai demandé et on m'a dit que je n'avais pas de dossier disciplinaire, c'était PV, mais la sanction n'était pas PV. J'ai rassemblé du courage car mon intention était de réussir, j'ai rencontré ces professeurs racistes qui ont changé les règles des examens pour moi, je m'excuse de m'être plaint, ils ont admis que les règles des examens avaient été modifiées d'une manière ou d'une autre, ont finalement donné un note 10/20 pour le cours. Le dernier espoir de me frustrer et de me déshumaniser pour les autorités de l’ULB est mon mémoire. À la date de la soutenance, il est rejeté avec la note 00/20 et j'ai été chassé de la salle de soutenance, c'est la manière la plus humiliante car j'ai demandé à savoir ce que je devais faire comme correction. Le jury chargé de rejeter mon mémoire m'a dit que je n'avais pas le droit de poser des questions lorsqu'un mémoire était rejetée, je devais sortir de la salle de soutenance. J'ai envoyé une demande écrite pour savoir ce que je dois faire, le jury ne répond jamais. J'envoie une demande à la commission de recours du département facultaire. La réponse était hors sujet, menaces, intimidation et que les règles ne s'appliquent pas aux élèves de ma catégorie, le rectorat envoie un mail qu'à l'ULB lorsqu'une thèse est rejetée les professeurs ne sont pas obligés de dire pourquoi contrairement au règlement de l'études.

Je suis allé à l'UNIA (- For Equality Against Discrimination - Rue Royale 138, 1000 Brussels – Belgium). Ils m'ont dit (par téléphone) qu'ils ne pouvaient pas me défendre contre l'ULB car l'ULB est leur partenaire financier et m'ont envoyé un message clôturant mon dossier avec eux.

À la Fédération des Etudiant.e.s Francophones (FEF), une juriste m'a dit qu'ils protégeaient le plus le recteur et les professeurs et envoyaient un e-mail qu'ils ne pouvaient pas aider la situation. J'ai écrit au cabinet du Ministre de l'Enseignement Supérieur, et à la Ministre Valérie GLATIGNY. Je n'ai pas eu de réponse mais un appel téléphonique que je devrais adresser le problème au conseil d'Etat.

J'ai saisi le Conseil d'Etat de la plus haute autorité pour trancher cette affaire. J'ai eu une réponse disant indirectement que l'article 14 était trop noir pour être respecté motivé par ma couleur de peau et ma race. En même temps, le Conseil d'Etat a violé mes informations personnelles, les distribuant de manière à ce que je sois harcelé partout où je vais en guise de punition pour avoir porté plainte contre le professeur Viviane Vanne motivée par ma couleur de peau et ma race.

Mon droit à un avocat est refusé. Mes données / informations personnelles violées, mensonges proférés, diffamation contre ma personnalité commise. J'ai adressé la question au bureau des droits de l'homme des Nations Unies. Je suis convaincu que le bureau des Nations Unies avait contacté le Conseil d'État et que le Conseil d'État les avait corrompus, raison pour laquelle j'ai reçu une réponse avec une signature fantôme car l'agent n'a pas pu ajouter son nom compte tenu de la nature horrible de ce situation - crime contre l'humanité. J'ai écrit à Son Excellence M. António Gutterres, Secrétaire général des Nations Unies et à Son Excellence Mme Michelle Bachelet, Haut-Commissaire des Nations Unies aux droits de l'homme et il n'y a pas de réponse. La seule raison de cette absence de réponse est peut-être justifiée par le fait que, j'en suis convaincu, le conseil d'Etat a dû leur promettre de me tuer sans que le monde ne s'en aperçoive, les impliquant ainsi.

J'ai adressé cette affaire à l'honorable Cour européenne des droits de l'homme. Je suis convaincu que M. Alexei Datskevich, le Secrétaire juridique - Cour européenne des droits de l'homme est un agent protégeant l'accusé de l'ULB ou a été corrompu par le Conseil d'Etat. Les réponses qu'il envoie sont la même stratégie du Conseil d'Etat, copier et coller la réponse précédente. Les réponses démontrent également le fait qu'en Belgique les règles ou lois et autres ne s'appliquent pas aux personnes de ma couleur.

Ma situation s'aggrave car ma santé est affectée, je suis harcelé par mon propriétaire, j'ai besoin d'aide pour quitter cet appartement/déménager et les travailleurs sociaux du logement social (Log’iris et SLRB) me harcèlent, me disant avec arrogance que je n'obtiendrai jamais d'aide car c'est une décision… il ressort du Conseil d'Etat. C'est la raison pour laquelle mon recours (23 décembre 2021) a été répondu indirectement en me disant que l'article 14 coordonnées le 12 janvier 1973 et par l’arrête du régent du 23 août 1948 est trop noir pour être respecté ou mis en œuvre.

Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, c'est le juge de paix Ganshoren qui me convoque illégalement, et me condamne injustement pour indexation je ne refuse pas de payer alors que le propriétaire n'a pas respecté la procédure légale pour réclamer la dette d'indexation ni me répondre lettre. J'ai demandé un avocat, pour confirmer que les règles ne s'appliquent pas à moi, des avocats sont désignés pour m'insulter, me harceler et ne rien faire. Pour aggraver la situation pour s'assurer qu'ils me disent vraiment que je suis un nègre, un faux jugement est rendu par le juge de paix d Ganshoren, pour une société anonyme non existante d'Electrabel, et ils violent mes informations personnelles viennent dans mon appartement pour m'assassiner, envahi mon appartement, fouillé illégalement mon appartement, noté des objets, me provoquant de telle sorte que si je réagis pour les envoyer, ils frapperont et tueront intentionnellement et diront que c'était une erreur, une mauvaise identification comme ils le prétendent maintenant. Comme le plan d'assassinat a échoué, ils ont de nouveau violé mes données personnelles en diffamant mon personnage que j'ai arnaqué quelqu'un en vendant un chien sur Internet, et le PV de la fausse plainte est daté du 09/02/2022. Criminel très méchamment diabolique et tout cela est motivé par ma couleur de peau et ma race. C'est un facteur illégal. Ma vie n'a pas de prix.

Les harcèlements continueront et il y a des plans pour m'assassiner. C'est pourquoi je demande au Conseil d'État de collaborer avec l'ONU et la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme que vous avez corrompus pour faire le travail administratif afin que je quitte la Belgique/Europe immédiatement ou au plus tard le 24/03/2022. Vous ne pouvez pas me tuer pour qui je suis. j'ai refusé. Ma sécurité n'est pas garantie. J'ai décliné l'invitation à être tué le 24/03/2022. Je n'ai jamais vendu de chien de ma vie. ce sont de fausses accusations et c'est diffamatoire et illégal. Je suis pleinement humaine, avec un corps, âme et esprit. Tous les humains ont un corps, une âme et un esprit. L'esprit est divin et doit être respecté et personne n'a le droit de blesser ou d'abuser d'une autre entité humaine. Monsieur le président de Conseil d’Etat, je vous respecte, votre corps, votre âme et votre esprit qui est divin. Dans ma nature ou capacité divine, j'exige le respect. Je vous demande respectueusement de faire mes papiers pour que je quitte la Belgique/l'Europe et la raison est due au racisme que vous m'avez perpétré sans vergogne. Je ne veux pas subir d'autres harcèlements policiers, ou un juge falsifiant un autre jugement, ou me convoquant illégalement, ou un président du Bureau juridique me refusant le droit d'avoir un avocat, violant mes données personnelles, diffamant, persécutant l'ordre public. La raison en est que tous les accusés n'ont aucune valeur morale ni aucun principe pour dire quoi que ce soit contre moi. Je respecte chacun dans sa propre identité, je respecte et obéis à la loi et à l'ordre, je ne suis pas un criminel.

Mes amis Belges d'origine ne sont pas racistes, ils sont traumatisés par la situation et ont peur que vous me tuiez. J'ai adressé cette affaire à Son Excellence notre Premier Ministre. C'est un homme d'honneur, de dignité et de respect et son personnel est intelligent et respectueux. Légalement, il ne peut rien faire. Je le remercie pour sa réponse rapide et digne. J'ai adressé cette affaire à Sa Majesté Le Roi – Vivre Sa Majesté. J'aime et j’adore Sa Gracieuse Majesté Notre Reine- Vivre Sa Majesté. La réponse était claire et directe mais abusée par Maître Corinne Delgouffre, présidente Bureau d’aide juridique. Merci à tous mes professeurs pour la formation. Je suis convaincu que Son Excellence le Président Paul Biya, me recevrait avec plaisir, me fournirait une place pour rester à Yaoundé en toute tranquillité. Je ne vais pas à Mbengwi - Bamenda à cause de la crise anglophone. Le système fédéral décentralisé en Belgique est la solution pour sortir de la crise dans les régions anglophones. La Belgique devrait aider. Merci, Merci et Merci. Non au racisme et oui pour le respect.

Je vous écris concernant l'invitation que vous m'avez remise en personne à mon domicile (rue montagne aux agnes 24/1, le 24 février 2022 vers 11h30. Cette invitation m'a demandé de me présenter au commissariat de Koekelberg rue de la seurité 4 , le 24 mars 2022 à 10h00 à être entendu en qualité de suspecte pour un fait d’ESCROQUERIE, précisément la vente d’un chien par internet le 27/07/2022. J'ai décliné cette invitation en vous disant qu'il s'agit d'un autre faux document que vous avez fait pour continuer à me harceler sur la base de l'affaire de racisme et un autre moyen de m'assassiner au poste de police le 24/03/2022 suite à la tentative d'assassinat ratée à mon domicile le 09/02/2022. Vous ne vous êtes pas opposé à ce fait mais vous avez menti que de l'argent a été transféré sur mon compte et qu'il y a une plainte contre moi au poste de police et le 24/03/2022 j'obtiendrai toutes les informations. C'est très traumatisant et choquant car j'ai demandé à savoir pourquoi votre lettre d'invitation ne mentionne pas le nom de la personne qui a acheté le chien, quel type de chien, à quoi ressemble-t-il, pour combien puisque je n'ai jamais vendu de chien sur internet ou dans ma vie. Vous ne répondez jamais à mes questions mais continuez d'insister pour que je signe que j'ai bien reçu l'invitation car si je ne viens pas des sanctions plus sévères seront prises contre. J'ai refusé de signer, décliné ma présence pour votre invitation, vous disant que ce document est faux, vous me harcelez, je ne me sens plus en sécurité, le harcèlement doit cesser. Cependant j'en ai pris une copie pour étudier attentivement votre invitation.

C'est ce que j'ai décodé de l'invitation que vous m'avez servie le 24/02/2022. la lettre d'invitation à un « Annexe au PV nr : BR. .L2.005734/2022 dd 09/02/2022 ». Le 09/02/2022, il y a eu une tentative d'assassinat ratée chez moi par un homme et une femme en civil du nom de Tiffany BAERT et Cleymans Marc comme indiqué sur le document qu'ils ont laissé après l'incident accompagné de l'inspecteur Adem COBOVIC. Je suis venu à la police pour déposer une plainte qui m'a été refusée. J'ai décidé d'écrire une plainte adressée à Monsieur Commissaire François Ganseman, Commissariat de Koekelberg. Commissaire François Ganseman, a répondu par des menaces et des intimidations en affirmant qu'il s'agissait d'une erreur sans préciser en quoi consistait l'erreur. Cette lettre d'invitation indique clairement qu'il y a un PV daté du 09 février 2022, pas pour l'assassinat raté ou le dossier de plainte, mais me criminalisant comme escroc, en mentant bêtement sur un chien qui a été vendu sur internet le 27/07/2021. Vous avez violé mes données / informations personnelles, diffamé ma personnalité et lancé une invitation, en demandant prétentieusement que je vienne me faire entendre le 24/03/2022, pourtant c'est une invitation pour moi à être tué avant ou au plus tard le 24/03/2022 ou indirectement de quitter Belgique Europe avant le 24/03/2022.

Je suis convaincu que, le Conseil d'Etat belge, les Nations Unies des droits de l'homme, la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme vous ont ordonné de me tuer à cause de la plainte raciale que je leur ai adressée, dont les accusés sont tous coupables. Mon coordinateur de programme m'avait dit, quand j'ai insisté pour savoir pourquoi mon travail avait été rejeté noté 00/20 qu'ils ne répondraient jamais car la décision vient du rectorat et c'est un "système". Il m'a dit que c'était un système institutionnalisé globale et que les règles ou la loi et l'ordre ne s'appliquaient pas aux étudiants ou aux personnes de ma catégorie. Il m'a dit que si je continue à insister, ma nationalité sera saisie, je serai renvoyé au Cameroun ou tué. Vous m'avez signifié une invitation à être tué avant ou au plus tard le 24 mars 2022. C'est étonnant comme vous avez ri de la situation en faisant des photos de moi.

J'ai réfléchi à votre attitude, en tant que policier qui devrait me protéger, c'est vous qui me harcelez et vous trouvez cela agréable. Je suis sous le choc et traumatisé. Je ne fais pas confiance à la police parce que je sais que la police est là pour me tuer, et vous pourriez distribuer les photos que vous faites, embaucher des gens pour me tuer. Je suis ma propre sécurité maintenant en Belgique. Le système judiciaire me condamnera injustement, falsifiera un jugement pour me permettre d'être assassiné, et mon droit à un avocat sera nié à cause de qui je suis, c'est-à-dire ma couleur et ma race. Je suis humain, j'ai un corps, une âme et un esprit. Quand je pense à mon identité et à la traite des esclaves. Je me souviens quand mon professeur d'histoire au lycée m'a dit que nous ne pouvions pas étudier en profondeur l'esclavage et la traite des esclaves parce que certains des actes horribles ne peuvent pas être racontés et ne sont pas bons à retenir. Mon professeur d'histoire m'a dit que certains des actes horribles de l'esclavage ont été complètement effacés, les documents détruits afin que la vérité ne puisse être connue. J'ai demandé à connaître certains de ces horribles actes d'esclavage, et mon professeur d'histoire a répondu que, l'esclavage était basé sur l'idéologie selon laquelle les Noirs étaient sauvages et n'avaient pas d'âme, pouvaient être mangés, torturés et tués à volonté par leurs maîtres. Mon professeur d'histoire ajouté que, certains des maîtres d'esclaves se régalent en buvant le sang et en mangeant la chair de certains de leurs esclaves noirs têtus qui ont résisté à l'esclavage. Il a ajouté que l'horreur de l'esclavage est très inquiétante pour l'étudier car certains esclaves noirs ont été forcés par les maîtres à tuer d'autres esclaves noirs. Mon professeur d'histoire a conclu que, si la vérité sur l'esclavage doit être étudiée en profondeur, certains Noirs plaideront pour la ségrégation des Blancs et la chose la plus importante est que l'esclavage sous toutes ses formes est aboli et puni par la loi. J'ai l'impression que si ces individus accusés de racisme mettent la main sur moi, ils vont en fait se régaler de ma chair comme vous avez ri, moqué de la situation et trouvé cela agréable. Je ne suis pas une entité dont une autre entité pourrait se nourrir. Je suis traumatisé parce que, je n'ai jamais cru mon professeur d'histoire parce que les Blancs qui sont venus au Cameroun étaient extrêmement bons et ceux que je connais sont de très bonnes personnes maintenant traumatisés par ma situation. l'esclavage actuel n'est plus l'esclavage traditionnel où les noirs étaient considérés comme des sauvages sans âme. C'est un « SYSTÈME », comme n'importe qui peut être une victime parce que je pense qu'en fait ceux qui bénéficient du « système » font partie des milliardaires du monde à 0,01% ou moins de la population mondiale. Je ne pense pas que vous, dans la fonction d'inspecteur de police, soyez milliardaire ou inclus dans les 0,01% de ceux qui bénéficient du « système ». Je pense que vous agissez comme un esclave dans le "système", parce que vous avez reçu un ordre criminel diabolique de me tuer, puisque ce n'est pas ce que vous avez été formé en tant qu'inspecteur de police, vous avez abusé de la loi, falsifié un document, violé mes données personnelles, diffamé mon personnage et vous n'avez pas pu répondre questions simples pour clarifier la vente d’un chien par internet le 27/07/2021. J'étais tellement confus que j'ai demandé si le chien ressemblait à certains des rats ou des cafards qui me terrorisaient dans mon appartement et votre collègue a ri.

Je vous écris, dans ma capacité divine de vous faire savoir que j'ai une âme et que je vous respecte et je décline formellement votre invitation à être tué avant ou le 24 mars 2022 à 10h00 rue de la sécurité 4 à koekelberg. Selon la loi, votre lettre d'invitation est du harcèlement, de la diffamation de mon personnage, des violations de mes données personnelles et un complot d'assassinat et c'est un facteur illégal. Je vous demande de signaler au Conseil d'Etat Belge, aux Nations Unies des droits de l'homme et à la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme, qui vous ont ordonné de me tuer que cela ne peut pas arriver, je leur demande dans ma capacité divine de toute urgence de faire les documentations nécessaires afin que je quitte la Belgique/Europe avant le 24 mars 2022 ou au plus tard le 24/03/2022 or répondre adéquatement à ma réclamation, garantir ma sécurité.

Merci pour votre lettre du 24 février 2022. Je vous transmets le mail envoyé le 05/02/2022 et j'ai ajouté composition de ménage aux fichiers joints.

Pour rappeler ma demande, j'ai demandé à un avocat de m'aider dans le dossier avec l'ULB. Dossier pour contester votre lettre daté du 16/07/2021, Dossier pour Recours Jugement 20A3389/7 – dossier avec mon bailleur et pour contester de la décision de la SLRB daté du 23 Novembre 2021 et le 09/02/2022 contre assassinassions raté chez moi et une nouvelle demande d’Aide Juridique pour invitation le 24/02/2022 par police.

Dans ma lettre du 05/02/2022, je vous ai clairement poliment dit de ne pas envoyer d'assassin car c'est votre prochaine stratégie. J'ai ajouté que si mon droit à un avocat ne peut être respecté et que cette affaire est résolue à partir de sa cause profonde, vous devriez collaborer avec le Conseil d'Etat pour faire les documents nécessaires afin que je quitte le pays.

Vous envoyez des assassins accompagnés d'un policier chez moi le 09/02/2022 et les plans d'assassinat ont échoué Vous avez réclamé ces assassin et huissiers et c'était une erreur d'identification. quel genre d'identification, quand ils ont sonné à ma porte, demandé plusieurs fois si j'étais madame Teboh, menti, j'ai été condamné pour ne pas avoir payé la facture d'électricité avec une entreprise non existante. J'ai demandé que mon identité soit vérifiée, qu'ils me remettent la lettre qu'ils avaient pour moi, ils ont refusé, sont entrés illégalement dans ma maison, l'ont fouillée et ont noté des articles, puis ont laissé un document portant le nom de Dekoker, m'a dit avec arrogance, ils sont venus pour moi parce qu'ils ont absolument demandé de s'assurer que je suis le seul, et le nom de Dekoker n'a pas d'importance car c'est mon adresse et je devrais immédiatement payer ma facture ou ils reviendront. Vous envoyez ces assassins venir m'assassiner pour que vous justifiiez c'est une erreur d'identification et cela a échoué. De quelle erreur d'identification parlez-vous ? Veuillez préciser.

Le 24/02/2022 la police est venue me harceler chez moi avec un autre faux document diffamant mon personnage que j'ai arnaqué quelqu'un en vendant un chien sur internet. Je vous ai copié dans cette réponse. Je vis dans la peur et je ne peux pas appeler la police si j'ai un problème car ils viendront me tuer. Je suis maintenant ma propre police et ils n'ont aucune juridiction ou autorité sur moi, avec tout ce harcèlement et ces assassinats ratés, motivés pour qui je suis. Je sens que cette affaire est au-delà du racisme et tu veux absolument me tuer. Peut-être pour manger mon corps comme certains maîtres d'esclaves l'ont fait pendant l'esclavage. Il était difficile pour moi de croire une histoire aussi horrible sur l'esclavage et maintenant je vis. Crime contre l'humanité et je ne suis pas une entité dont une autre entité peut se nourrir. Avec tous ces harcèlements de votre part, abus de pouvoir, violation de mes informations personnelles, diffamation contre mon caractère intelligent, complot d'assassinat, droit à un avocat refusé, me traumatisant mentalement, moralement et matériellement, harcèlement à domicile, évasion illégale de mon domicile, et invitation indirecte de la police à être tué avant le 24 mars 2022. Je pense qu'il est beaucoup plus facile pour vous de désigner un avocat pour m'aider avec les formalités administratives pour que je quitte la Belgique - Europe immédiatement ou au plus tard le 24/03/2022 et la raison en est que je ne veux pas que vous me tuiez motivé par ma couleur de peau et ma race, qui je suis. Pour que je retourne au Cameroun, les documents doivent être faits en collaboration avec le bureau des droits de l'homme des Nations unies, la cour européenne des droits de l'homme car j'ai traité cette affaire et ils vous ont donné l'autorisation de m'assassiner. Je ne peux pas conclure car je viens de déposer une autre plainte auprès de la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme, en attente de réponse. La Cour européenne pourrait me répondre correctement ou peut-être simplement copier-coller et envoyer comme le conseil d'État. Mon coordinateur de programme m'avait dit que c'est un "système" et que les droits de ceux qui ressemblent n'existent nulle part. Avec tous les harcèlements et invitation à me tuer avant le ou au plus tard le 24/03/2022 merci de me renvoyer au Cameroun.

The speed at which the man used to seized my phone when I started videoing them is revealing. They refused to confirm my identification or refused giving me the letter the claimed they have for me, actually searched my apartment in the most provocation manner, too down list of items. I asked them questions, they actually behave as if I am non existing. This illegal, horrifying, and worsen by the fact that they are persistently threatening me, if I do not pay their fake bill, they will be back. the Commissioner of Koekelberg is head of this assassination team.
