The Racism Belgian Government conspiring to kill me. Letter Addressed to Head of States: P5 permenant members of United Nations Security Council

respectfully demanding urgent action to guarantee my security so that I can have a normal life as the Belgian Government is Conspiring with United Nations and European Court of Human Rights to assassinate me Motivated by who I am.

 

Your Excellency, humble greetings. I am Glotilde Anwi, Teboh born at Mbengwi in Cameroon on the 30^th of August nineteen seventy nine. I am permanently based in Brussels Belgium. I am writing, Your Excellency to respectfully inform you of my situation which is very critical and demand your urgent intervention for my security and peace. This problem is tormenting my peace and could threaten international peace and security if you do not act promptly to rescue me from the hands of those tormenting me and conspiring to assassinate me motivated by who I am which is a capital treason against human rights and humanity globally. The team leaders of my tormentors who are conspiring to assassinate me are: For Belgium – His Majesty the King Who is the Head of State and Council of State Belgium. For the United Nations, the tormentors are United Nations Secretary General Mr. António Gutterres and the High Commissioner for Human Rights Ms. Michelle Bachelet and the European Court of Human Rights.

 

Your Excellency, the reason why these tormentors are tormenting me and now seeking after my life is motivated and justified by the ideology of Trans-Atlantic Slave trade, whereby some Europeans Slaves Masters and European Colonizers came up with their diabolic ideology to impose and forcefully enslave my ancestors, dehumanizing them in the most unspeakable evil manner that Africans or those who look like me in skin colour were born inferiors to Whites,  had no souls, had no rights and could be treated as objects and were considered savages. Thus, I have been targeted because I filed a racial complaint against professor Viviane Vanne of Université Libre de Brussels (ULB) in 2017 who was very abusive in emails and aggressive towards me in class and used racist slurs, humiliating me in class in the most unacceptable manner. Your Excellency, the authorities of ULB intentionally refused issuing a decision to this complaint, subjected me into series of persecutions and discriminations which I prevailed and finally, targeted my valid final year research work (thesis), during the defence, rejected it and graded it 00/20 in September 2019. Such a humiliating grade which no one should accept, motivated as a punishment as I have no rights and courageous to have filed a complaint. A capital treason against human rights, which must be condemned and make sure these tormentors entities, take the full responsibility of their actions and face the consequences.   

 

Your Excellency, according to the school rules and regulations, professors are obliged to justify grades given and for thesis which is rejected a written notification with reasons why the thesis was rejected is supposed to be issued on the deliberation date with procedures to appeal for the decision. In my case, they refused to justify 00/20 and no written notification was issued. I requested that the school rules and regulations should be respected, to my greatest surprised and shocked, the coordinator of my program told me, school rules and regulations does not apply to student of my category. In fact he added that there is rules or laws does not apply to people of my category, stating categorically, nowhere in the world is there any rule for people of your category. My program coordinator explain to me that it is “a system” and the decision to reject my valid work and graded it 00/20 is coming from the rectorate of ULB and he cannot help the decision. He told me, he himself had unjustly failed me in his Course, refused to correct the grades, obliges me to retake the Course and he finally passed me. However with the case of my valid thesis, if I continue to insist the grades be justify, he is afraid, they will end up seizing the Belgian ID card and passport send me back to my country of birth or assassinate me.  This revealed to me that I have been targeted because I justly filed a racial complaint against professor Vivian Vanne in 2017. This is an unacceptable intimidation motivated with the evil ideology of slavery that slave have no rights and it is a capital treason against human rights and humanity. My program coordinator told me that, ULB is protected and have agents everywhere in the world. He challenged me to give a try and see if I will be respected or if they are going to justify the grade 00/20 and come give him the result. However, I am not giving it a try, I am demanding to be respected. My Spirit is demanding respect and I will not stand down until justice is serve. I am not afraid to dye because my spirit will never be kill and will seek justice which could disturb world peace and security we have to prevent this. This is the reason I am requesting that my security be guaranteed and life is beautiful, one is not ready to go. At the same time, as I file petitions at the level of the university, ministry of higher education Belgium, UNIA – Belgian organization for equity and against discrimination, wrote to His Majesty the King, addressed petition to The Council of State Belgium, United Nations Human Rights and Europeans Court of Human rights, at the same time, I am carrying out a research on what is the “system”. I deserve a noble peace price standing up against human rights as I am calling up all my tormentors, and let not one of them escape lawsuit. The tormentors have criminally ridicule themselves with the organizations they represent and served. They tormentors have no moral authority, legal authority, social or political authority to be in the various posts. However, they are proud arrogant, very low negative energy entities keeping the legacy of slavery, promoting slavery, behaving worse than savage within the “system”. Humanity is in danger if nothing is done. So what is this “system according to my experience.   

 

For the “system” from my experience filing petitions, I think the “systems is a diabolical wicked, dysfunctional and broken system, where some few individuals are manipulating to rule the majority. I think that, the “system” no longer serve the good of humanity  or the very few propagating lies to be benefiting from it by enslaving all of humanity. I think  that they are individuals within the  “system” who full of hypocrisies, manipulations, victimizing victims where victims end up in jail and some kill, some proud criminals go free for their crimes and no one talks against  them especially some top billionaire - politicians who see perfections in themselves and their crimes and they have all the tools to propagate faults in others especially good leaders, they kill leaders advocating for change within “system,” blackmail true leaders with propaganda lies. Your Excellency,  I think there is an urgent need for a need paradigm alternative to address human problems appropriately.  Human needs imminent alternatives  organizations/corporations  which could at least serve the good of humanity with respect of human rights globally. I think that, government and politician should start talking against global White Supremacy and stop catering White Supremacy and eradicate it as an imminent threat  on the life of all humanity globally.

 

Your Excellency, I am born free. I have a body, soul and Spirit and my Spirit is immortal. My ancestors never accepted slavery and my ancestors never considered Europeans Slave Masters or anyone as soulless. For the maintenance of international peace and security globally, we need to respect one another in our unique identity. I have exhausted all the internal procedures at university, in Belgium, at the United Nations Human Rights level, European Court of Human Rights and the “system” should be proud of victimizing further with assassinations plots over my life, making me an enemy to the world just because of my skin colour. This is a capital treason against human rights and humanity. I need to be protected and I am requesting protection.  In fact, they have been a fail attempted assassination at my home on 9^th of February 2022. Something has to be done so that I  have a normal life.

 

Your Excellency, I have officially requested to the Belgian government that if they cannot  respect  the rule and laws they set, they should take their Belgian ID card and passport and make my necessary documents, send me back to my Country of birth peacefully and with dignity. This the Belgian government must work in collaboration with the United Nations Human Rights offices and European Court of Human rights. Your Excellency, they replied in the most vicious diabolic stupid criminal manner that the devil should be amazed. Your Excellency, could you imagined, they violated my personal information, faked documents and judgment, came to my home, illegally got into my home, noted down list of items they will steal, shamelessly, criminally.  If I was not patience they should have killed me and left the faked document they illegally brought to my home to later justify their act as wrong identification. On the 9^th of February 2022, I know that I have  experienced the same strategies that the European Slaves Masters and European Colonizers, used to destabilise Africans and steal everything to Europe and later criminally named Africans savages. The Belgian Government, United Nations and European Court of Human Rights are demonstrating to me a kind of attitude worse than that of a savage as they persecute me, conspiring to assassinate me. This is capital treason against human rights with lasting trauma. Yet the Belgian government is not giving up and currently working hard for my assassination. They shall not pass. The incident of the 9^th of February has obliged me after refusing politely their fake documents, pleading with them to stop their criminal harassments to no avail. To my surprised, still traumatized as the letter they left at the home has the name Dekoker with my address and a bill of 3085 euros to be paid. I contested politely with no claims. They find pleasure in  harassing me further. Then, they send an email lying that they have taken note of my monthly payment of 50 euros for the next 61 months. I replied with a claim of five hundred thousand million euros per month, for the next 61 months. That’s plus 30 billion euros. They Belgian is obliged to pay this money and with interest, unless the Belgian government is able to justify their criminal stupid faked documents violating my personal information. Your Excellency, I have to stay alive to make sure I receive this money with interest. This is one of the reason my security must be guaranteed urgently. Your Excellency, I do not feel safe here, I cannot go out freely, even when I am out, they have access to my home, illegally getting into my home with the illegal help of my landlord opening my door and manipulation my internet connection to better monitor me. As of the moment I have no internet at home or TV. Your Excellency, I draw your attention to the latest assassination plots and I include a letter addressed to His Majesty the King of Belgium. In the letter I brief the recent incidents. On the 9^th May 2022, when I got home, I found a male jean button on the floor. On the 16^th of June, my home internet went off. I realised someone had changed the internet connection and stole the switch in my absence and without my consent. The Belgian government is manipulating my home internet connection with the aim to send an assassin to my home in the pretext of technician, this has provoked a short circuit cable problem, and they have agreed with the landlord not to fix it until after 2-3 weeks so that they can better plan to assassinate me. This is the reason my security should be guarantee and it is urgent.

 

Your Excellency, I have requested the immediate dismissal of Secretary General Mr. António  Gutterres and the High Commissioner for Human rights Ms. Michelle Bachelet, demanding that this matter be presented to Human Rights Council in my letter addressed to His Excellency Ambassador Federico Villegas dated 27^th April 2022. Till date there is no reply to this letter and this justify the reason the Belgian Government is working hard to assassinate me to wipe of the claim. This equally justify the fact that United Nations is a system of standardizing human slavery, promoting it and keeping it legacy. The reply I got from my petition at the United Nations has as reference UR/UST/19/NON/236 dated 23^rd September, 2021. This replied is a French translated version for the same reply I got in 2019 with same reference and no name of signatory advisor.  If the United Nations Human Rights office cannot mediate peaceful solution for an individual complaint or treat individual petitions appropriately with some respect, does it solve any State problem? The United Nations has no authority to victimize me further. United Nations has failed in resolving my petition, and are conspiring to kill me. This has tarnish the reputation of United Nations nullifying the very mission of the United Nations and justifying the fact that United Nations no longer serve the purpose it was created, to defend human rights. I am hereby demanding that it should be reformed or dissolved because humans need alternative organizations which will answer the need for humanity taking into consideration that my rights to a lawful remedy cannot be denied. Your Excellency, for the European Court of Human Rights, I received  a letter  dated 12^th May 2022 with a reference 23115/22 written in Dutch. The is the preferred Language of His Majesty the King of Belgium. This justify that the His Majesty the King corrupted the European Court of Human rights not to do their job. I should I have prefer a reply in  my dialect. This is an unacceptable insult which only justify the dysfunctional corrupt broken system not serving the need or good of humanity but glorifying Slave Masters and Colonizers, protecting them in their criminality. Your Excellency how is it possible that I filed in a petition in English and they received it on 13^th May 2022, before they received it, they send a letter in Dutch. Humanity cannot have a system that cannot even peacefully resolve human problems, and which the only way to resolve human problems is by victimizing victims, incriminating victims, jailing victim, assassinating victim. There is a need for an imminent paradigm alternative, because with the current “system”, I see  “a system” which rule humanity in the most fascist manner, anarchy where laws are detected not respected, with White supremacy, slavery, colonisation, royalty. Something must be done to rescue humanity because humanity had rejected fascism as it main system of governance. Thus the European Court of Human Rights has the obligation to execute my claims and to take responsibility of it actions and face consequences. My rights to a lawful remedy cannot be denied. I just wish to be where I feel safe, happy and free and I trust to get the necessary support. In deep gratitude. Thank You. Peace.
